Solo para que tengan más precaución sobre la fumigacion y limpieza en la zona y habitaciones que me salio un sienpies en la regadera y que tengan un buen mtto a climas ya que no enfriava también el frigo bar paso lo mismo

Comida, atención, instalaciones, estuvieron muy bien, pero la ubicación de las habitaciones no nos gustó, están lejos de todo, esperar el carrito para subir o bajar a las instalaciones es una lata, solo por eso no regresaré

STAIRS, STAIRS. STAIRS. Be prepared to go up and down the stairs to get to lobby, buffet restaurant, bars, beach, everything. Though they have carts who will pick you up, there will still be a lot of walking. I felt terrible my retired elderly parents had to walk so many stairs the entire time we were there. The staff were wonderful, buffet food was better than most all-inclusive. The main beach was calm and clear. Staff came around regularly to offer drinks and snacks (peanuts, seeds, etc). Would I stay here again? Probably not due to the stairs. By the third day I was over the stairs. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 which was easily accessible and another that required you to go down some stairs, then up to access your room. Well at check-in, the staff overlooked to give my elderly retired parents the accessible room so their initial reaction after seeing their room was not very good. Thankfully a cart driver gave us the idea to swap rooms and make the change at the front desk to reprogram our wristbands (which are also our keys). Again, the staff were all so wonderful and helpful.

Me gustaría resaltar la limpieza del hotel, todo está muy muy limpio, y el personal ofrece un excelente servicio. Lo que no me gustó fue el servicio del buffet, es de muy mala calidad, muy limitadas las opciones. También lo que no me gustó es el servicio del transporte dentro del hotel, ya que es muy grande y te transportan en unos carros especiales. Literal tardábamos mínimo 15 min en espera para que llegara un carrito y no se diga en la noche después de las 12 am, nos tocó esperar hasta 25 minutos. Las playas me encantaron, sin duda las playas del hotel son las mejores.

La habitación es bonita y cómoda, el personal es amable, balcón es amplio, aire acondicionado muy bien, el transporte del hotel es excelente, las playas del hotel son hermosas, solo el snack se puede comer dentro del área eso no me agradó, deberían permitir tener barra de snack en la playa, los restaurantes cierran 10:30 p.m. y no cuentan con un snack libre después de esa hora, por lo tanto tuve que comprar alimentos una noche para cenar a pesar de tener todo incluido.

Hermoso hotel con vistas hermosas, playas hermosas, oleaje tranquilo especial para niños , hotel familiar, personal muy amable y comida variada y buena .. a lo único que no me agradó fue que te mueven en carritos no hay elevadores , y en momentos se llenan y hay que esperar para tomar otro y en una ocasión me perdí y tuve que subir varias lomas para tomar un carrito , me urgía llegar a la habitación con mi hija y si me desespero no poder llegar rápido .. pero fuera de eso , tomen su tiempo para llegar a sus destinos dentro del hotel y todo lo demás super bien . 👍👍👍

Las Brisas Huatulco is a very large property, even with all the above-and-beyond work from the internal transportation team it would be wise to bring your walking shoes. Service is top notch, all staff is very friendly and always willing to help and make your stay very comfortable. We were lucky to stay in a room with balcony, so if you stay in one of the Mar Pueblo's room, take the opportunity to see the sunrise from your balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. There are plenty of activities to do, from yoga to pool activities, from kayaking to snorkeling and sailing... And more.

Excelente lugar, el servicio, la atención, la comida, un lugar muy bonito para disfrutar.

Muy buen hotel para disfrutar en familia con niños, la playa es muy bonita y personal muy amable, me gustó la fauna (coatis, urracas, chacalacas) y no mucho las hormigas en el cuarto.

Es un hotel grande y muy lindo. Las playas muy bellas. La comida bien en general. Y los empleados muy atentos

Everything was amazing

All good, except a few power outages for a couple of days where there was no clear communication from the Staff.

Excelente hotel. Super recomendable. Regresaré pronto.

The beach where you can snorkel is great, if you have kids they will love it, you will love it too!!!
