The location was good with a basement parking available. On the other hand, the air conditioner broke down and our room was roasting hot for the past 2 nights. I complained to the front desk but I was told to leave the terrace door open. (Our room was the hottest place in the island and O could not sleep at all.) To make it worse, wifi network was not working. I am so relieved that I have finally checked out from the hotel.

Paid for a double room got two single beds not even made up for a couple so we had to sleep separately. Beds were old and springs hurt my back, chambermaid woke us up at 9am by coming into our room for some reason when check out was at 12.

Hotel que necesita renovación en sus instalaciones, no funcionaba uno de los tres ascensores por lo que había colas, además poco personal en recepción. El parking también completo.

This is not a 4 star hotel, it's a poor 3 star. There is very little service, the decor is old and tired, the mattresses are hard. They charge extra for everything, such as using the safe in your room! You must give a deposit for the safe, towels etc. the shower was broken, the wifi didn't work, the safe needed to be fixed before it could be used, the toilet kept water running instead of filling the cistern.

El alojamiento es normal. Esta en un via principal. El ruido de coches es constante. La limpieza y el personal de limpiza es lo mejor. La cama es comoda. El buffet de desayuno mas bien flojo en lo referente a bebidas. Los zumos son totalmente artificiales (azucar puro). El resto de buffet de desayuno: flojo. El personal de recepción algo desagradable. El check in. No nos ayudaron lo suficiente por un problema entre ellos y la agencia de viajes. Engaño en la publicidad.

Yövyttiin vain yksi lentojen siirtämisestä johtuen. Perussiisti hotelli. Kivat näköalat, kun huone oli 11.kerroksessa. Buffetaamiaisella paljon tarjontaa. Ystävällinen palvelu aulassa. Wifiyhteyttä ei saatu, kun ei löydetty mitään ohjeita tai salasanaa.

Nos ha encantado el hotel, la habitacion muy espaciosa y el personal maravilloso, amables, agradables y siempre intentando ayudar.

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av centrum. Nära till stranden. All inklusive ingick i vistelsen maten varierades varje dag. Underhållning varje kväll. Poolområdet var bra med många solstolar. Hotellet är slitet och skulle behöva en rejäl renovering. Rummet hade en liten balkong med utsikt mot havet. Städning ok. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, det var det bästa med vistelsen.

Viss personal behöver nog gå en charmkurs eller byta jobb omedelbart! Väldigt svängigt bemötande från helt omöjligt till inga problem, beroende på vem man pratade med😶

Very not happy with this hotel. The people and the food are OK but the room is absolutly not like on the picture. The door on the balcony can't be locked, the bathroom is small and when there is music in the bar it's very noisy until late in the night and it's difficult to sleep. This hotel looks old and very need a renovation . SURE NOT A 4 STARS , just 2 . I really not recommanded

Dated property seriously in need of rennovation, adequate for needs, but should drop any pretence to be 4*. Wide breakfast selection, but quality is poor. Location however is fantastic.
