Solo fuimos un par de noches pero nos gustó, cómodo y útil. Llegamos el viernes y había una banda de rock en la noche y la disfrutamos mucho junto con la cena.

Todo estuvo muy bien, limpio y un excelente servicio, seguro regresaremos.

El personal de recepción poco amable, la habitación lavabo atascado tres días, pedimos el día del check in si nos cambiaban de habitación pues la que nos asignaron era muy ruidosa y nos dijeron que no, que debíamos pagar un costo extra. La secadora de pelo no funciona,Llamadas de recepción en la noche muy tarde , en fin fue una no muy grata experiencia .

El servicio es malo, hacen eventos privados con gente que no está hospedada y usan la alberca, como huésped si hay evento no se puede hacer uso de todas las instalaciones por estos eventos, la alberca termina muy sucia, en lugar de ir a descansar se vuelve un balneario.

Pongo dos estrellas general porque los meseros fueron amables, pero en recepción al llegar al hotel, los gerentes y en general el servicio fue pésimo y aunque pagué y especifiqué que iba con dos menores, no quisieron darme el desayuno, excusándose en qué me mandaron correo el día de mi hospedaje a las 4 pm y DESPUÉS de ya haber pagado (algo no reembolsable). No es posible que en su descripción diga Incluye desayuno, me contenta un extra y hasta después de pagar diga solo aplica adultos. Los gerentes con una actitud terrible, te ignoran (tal cual). Solo rescato que el servicio de meseros y barra realmente es bueno y son super atentos... lo demás, junto con el desayuno (para variar 🙄) es terrible.

The hotel was really nice, clean and ideal for family with mobility issues. We def would stay again and again here. There were ramps, car pick up, drop offs that made it easy to get in and out of the property incl access to the restaurant and pool areas without the use of a lot of stairs. Our rooms on the 1st flr & 2nd was near the pool. The grounds were well maintained, manicured lawn and trees. The front desk staff, waiter staff, grounds, cleaning staff said greetings and accommodated our room needs. The porters are the winners here for service, they were gracious, helpful and social, greeting us esp at night upon return when property gates were closed. There was a great band playing at the hotel restaurant, but had to cut their set short due to rainstorm that flooded some areas, incredible crew was in motion to remove water from ceramic floors. The pools looked refreshing, saw others enjoying the pool all day long. The hotel was within a short distance of city attractions and events. The on site restaurant was lively, tv, music and bar with great customer service, the food was yummy. Our only two minor concerns were room sinks had faucet sprayers splashing water all over you when in use. The other is the room keycard easily becomes demagnetized if left near your wallet or cell phone, which the front staff stated could happen at check in, we didn’t believe it would be so easy to do, it happened for us twice, but front staff reprogrammed them courteously, no attitude.

Todo me pareció bastante agradable, la alberca templada es una joya!!! sin duda regresare ahí cada vez que visite Cuernavaca.

El personal de recepción muy atento a nuestra llegada y salida, de igual forma el personal del restaurante muy atento cuando pedimos servicio a cuarto. Las habitaciones estan en buen estado, aunque hay algunas cosas que podrian mejorarse por ejemplo la secadora de cabello que teniamos estaba quemada aunque funcional. Las albercas estan muy comodas y divertidas para toda la familia solo recomendaria mejorar la limpieza por las noches ya que el dia sabado habia mucha gente y para el domingo se veia un poco sucia el agua. Algo de lo que más me gusta de este hotel sin duda es toda la vegetación y animalitos que puedes ver. Sin lugar a duda volveremos.

La habitación muy limpia, el personal un poco indiferente y el desayuno no tan bueno, pero la alberca una delicia.

El desayuno ahora es pésimo, abusivos con los costos de la proteína extra como que 50 pesos por cada huevo. Anteriormente manejaban bufete y era de buena calidad

La red de Wifi muy mala a pesar de estar cerca de la recepción. Además iba en plan de trabajo y tuve la mala fortuna de que hubo música en vivo durante 3 horas de 8-11 pm, lo cual no me permitió trabajar bien por el ruido excesivo y el pésimo wifi.

Great location and beautiful hotel-my family and I stay here each time we visit Cuernavaca typically 2-3 times per year renting multiple rooms - overall it is a decent hotel and perfect location for us but here are some cons or more feedback about my experience: most front desk workers not too friendly, you only get 2 small bottles of water your first night stay nothing more if you are staying additional nights (This should be complimentary each night stay) Digital key system for rooms can be tricky-key system needs updating. Executive side rooms are more expensive but worth it and the groundskeeping is beautiful however the very nice pool on the executive side gets very crowded from the entire hotel - would be nice if the executive pool could be limited to executive room guests. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros were the amenities and the on site restaurant however this place is very run down and not at all like the pictures. The front desk staff was a bit rude upon check in. I would not recommend this establishment.

Hotel bom precisa melhorar apenas o café da manhã

Do Not Recommend this hotel. Only toiletries is shampoo and a soap. Showers have no doors, water everywhere. No hand soap. Air conditioner and fan didn’t work. We asked the front desk and the front desk guy said he will send someone to look at it and no one showed up. And food from restaurant was not good. Plus we were barely paying the server and he made it clear that the tip has to be 10%. We were not leaving yet and him stating that was inappropriate. We never leave without giving a tip but honestly this place doesn’t deserve it.

La señora Gaby de recepción estaba muy malhumorada, llegamos a las 13 y no nos quisieron entregar la habitación aunque ya estaba disponible, si la queríamos teníamos que pagar un early check in por dos horas, nos veíamos muy mal en el área de la alberca con nuestras cosas, el demás personal de maravilla comenzando desde los botones y personal del área de alimentos y bebidas. Te dan una hoja donde todo es prohibido, el hotel muy cómodo pero no regresaría
