위치가 좋고, 조용한 곳에 위치. 바로 옆에 shopping center도 있어서 좋음.

구겐하임 미술관도 가깝고 강 산책길과도 가까워 좋았습니다. 그리고 바로 앞에 쇼핑몰이 있어 그것도 편리하고 좋았네요.

구겐하임 빌바오 방문을 위해 이용한 호텔인데 전반적으로 만족합니다. 방도 큰 편이고 6층에 있는 수영장도 작지만 물도 따뜻해 가족이 즐기기에 좋습니다. 조식도 훌륭한 편입니다. 다만 주차장이 가득 차서 인근 공공주차장을 이용해야 했는데 이 점이 좀 불편한 점이었습니다.

위치가 완전 좋습니다. 또한 구겐하임까지의 산책로가 아름다워서, 산책하기에 아주 좋습니다. 또 바로 길 건너에 큰 쇼핑센터도 있고, Grocery shopping을 할 수있는 마트도 있어서 편리합니다. 사함들이 친절하고, 여러가지로 도움이 되는 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다. 주차비 24유로를 내면 발렛서비스까지 해줍니다.

I would like to thank the staff for their outstanding assistance on June 5. The two reception staff members wearing grey jackets, particularly Adama and his colleague, were exceptionally helpful and professional. When we checked out at around 9:30 a.m. on June 5, we accidentally left my wife’s wedding ring behind. Thanks to their swift action, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help, they quickly located the ring and ensured it was safely returned to us. Their efficiency, honesty, and excellent customer service turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. We are extremely grateful for their help and would like to recognize them for their outstanding service. I also loved the 10th floor lounge

Hotel incrível. Excelente café da manhã. Cama maravilhosa. Chuveiro delicioso. Próximo ao museu Guggenheim.

De kamer was prima maar geen koffiezetapparaat in een 5 ***** hotel is armoedig. Badkamer was vrij karig ingericht. Het ontbijt was slecht georganiseerd. Veel ontbrak en er moest om gevraagd worden zoals jus d’orange, broodjes of fruit. Kwaliteit was wel goed.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, großzügig geschnittenes Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche, hoch-/neuwertige Betten mit 3 verschiedenen Kopfkissen! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Tage des Hotels: direkt am Fluss und an einem schönen Park, 10 min Fußweg zum Guggenheim Museum, S-Bahn vor der Tür.

Great location and facilities. I enjoyed an evening swim in the heated pool. The breakfast was delicious, I would stay again.

Very poor welcome at reception. The man didn't even smile or greet me, just asked 'do I have a reservation'. Room was too warm and the air conditioning didn't cool the room down sufficiently, couldn't sleep properly. I drank the complimentary coffee, didn't get replenished so had no hot drink in my room for the remainder of my stay.

Tout etait parfait. Hotel bien situé, nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. Le restaurant de l'hotel est au top. Mention speciale pour Arboja a l'acceuil tres aimable et qui nous a trouve une solution suite a une erreur de reservation
