위치가 좋고, 조용한 곳에 위치. 바로 옆에 shopping center도 있어서 좋음.

구겐하임 미술관도 가깝고 강 산책길과도 가까워 좋았습니다. 그리고 바로 앞에 쇼핑몰이 있어 그것도 편리하고 좋았네요.

구겐하임 빌바오 방문을 위해 이용한 호텔인데 전반적으로 만족합니다. 방도 큰 편이고 6층에 있는 수영장도 작지만 물도 따뜻해 가족이 즐기기에 좋습니다. 조식도 훌륭한 편입니다. 다만 주차장이 가득 차서 인근 공공주차장을 이용해야 했는데 이 점이 좀 불편한 점이었습니다.

위치가 완전 좋습니다. 또한 구겐하임까지의 산책로가 아름다워서, 산책하기에 아주 좋습니다. 또 바로 길 건너에 큰 쇼핑센터도 있고, Grocery shopping을 할 수있는 마트도 있어서 편리합니다. 사함들이 친절하고, 여러가지로 도움이 되는 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다. 주차비 24유로를 내면 발렛서비스까지 해줍니다.

Tremendous luxury hotel in a quiet neighborhood that’s still walkable to everything, including the Guggenheim. Staff was very attentive, fixing an issue with my room quickly. Recommended.

Incredible experience. Best location!! The service was incredible and the breakfast was very good. We had access to their exclusive area - Level - and loved the lounge offerings and cava throughout the day. Will highly recommend and would also come back

Stehen zwar fünf Sterne dran, erreicht aber nicht das Niveau. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht und niemand fühlte sich zuständig. Eine kleine Bitte nach einer Briefmarke wurde desinteressiert abgetan. Ansonsten waren die Betten super. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Ausstattung. Der Safe funktionierte leider auch nicht. Die Lage ist top. Zentraler geht es kaum.

Hotel needs a renovation. Other than that, staff is great, location is good and clean.

Extraordinario

Good location for the two main museums. 25-30 minute walk to the old town. A few restaurants within walking distance. Decoration a little dated. Breakfast buffet not so great. Restaurant offers very limited choices. Wonderful staff.

Very nice hotel. About 15-20 walk from the main shopping street. Excellent breakfast buffet. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Don’t go for the pool though. Too cold to stay in for more than a few mins, Which was a shame as it’s one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Otherwise all good.

Good hotel, with nice and modern rooms. A very elegant and pleasant lobby. At first, I was placed in a room next to the service closet; there was a lot of noise from the door and staff. They moved me to another one. For a 5-star hotel, I think they could provide drinking water in the rooms. At breakfast, hot drinks should be served at the table. Small details.
