매우 오래된 호텔이며, 내부 시설은 모두 낡고 손상되어 있습니다.

최악의 경험이었어요. 이 호텔이 라마다라는 이름을 가지고 있는 걸 보니 너무 슬펐어요.

처음 체크인했을 때 변기에 제트 스프레이가 없다는 사실을 깨달았고 무슬림 같은 사람들에게는 변기 종이를 대신 사용해야 하기 때문에 매우 불편했습니다.

접수 직원이 덜 친절하고 정보 제공에 덜 협조적입니다.

위치는 BigC와 CentralWorld와 매우 가깝습니다. 야간 근무 남성 리셉셔니스트와 매니저는 매우 세심하고 열정적이었습니다. 그들은 우리가 운전사와 연락하도록 도와주었고 우리의 요청을 매우 잘 들어주었습니다. 저는 특히 야간 근무 남성 리셉셔니스트가 밤늦게 물건을 사러 가도록 안내해 주어서 감명을 받았습니다. 전반적으로 직원들의 태도는 훌륭했고 불평할 것이 없습니다. 방은 보통이었지만 넓었습니다.

체크아웃 시간이 촉박해서 직원들이 침대에서 얘기를 나누는데, 일부 직원들은 고객과 무슨 대화를 해야 할지 모릅니다. 저는 이 호텔을 이용한 적이 없고, 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 방콕 팰리스보다 더 나은 곳은 없을 겁니다.

위치가 좋고 가격도 적당하고 직원 모두 친절해요.

그냥 음식 맛에 대한 개인적인 평가일 뿐이고, 제 입맛에는 맞지 않고, 룸서비스도 충분히 민첩하지 않습니다.

Staf cukup ramah, yang aneh adalah tidak diperkenankan membawa makanan minuman untuk dibawa ke kamar (hotel). Hotel di bawah ekspektasi dengan nama Wyndham.

Our feelings were mixed. The location, price, and staff of the hotel were great. The amenities are older (from the 80's?), and the cleanliness is sometimes lame. Noise from the street and other rooms permeated our room. Most of the guests are Indian, and we didn't feel completely comfortable here. We were even asked at the pool (by another guest) if we were guests of this hotel;) Breakfast is mostly Indian food, but more or less fine. We were pleased to be provided a taxi to the airport very early in the morning. We were taken by the hotel driver for a reasonable price. For lovers of Indian culture I recommend it, but I will choose another hotel myself next time.

Strategic place to shopping and affordable foods. Favorite place for Indians.

Pelayanan nya kurang ramah. Hotel nya biasa aja.

Bathroom was really dirty. On the first day of arrival, we called for house keeping to clean again and it took forever for them to come. They did not clean anything, just closed the bathroom room door and did nothing inside and we still found the same dirts on the same place. We then called for house keeping again, this time, they slammed the door in front of us as we called them again to do the same job. We do not recommend this hotel at all. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel location is quite convenient for us. Nothing great with the room, TV is always an additional amenity to enjoy especially with a radio channel included. Breakfast served mostly Indian cuisine as most of the guests are Indian, but we're quite happy with the croissant and omelet with additional bacon offered by the waitress. We quite enjoyed our breakfast time. Information of what is expected to be charged in the hotel area are very handy to find haha. It always makes us laugh when we find another sign with things to be charged!
