If you advertise an indoor pool, you better have an indoor pool. We based our reservation on the fact the ad said the hotel had an indoor pool. It did NOT say the indoor pool was located at another facility (an athletic club) and that we would need to go to the front desk to get a guest pass. That is NOT an indoor pool located ON SITE. Based on this deceptive practice, I or my family, will not be using Hells Canyon Grand again.
