Very clean

Shower water was Luke warm. Sunday breakfast was in a bar facility with no staff. Only thing cleaned out of my room after first night stay was one used towel. Staff is mostly young and inexperienced.

While the hotel is nice, it was not worth the price. It was no better than your average Holiday Inn. There was absolutely no information in the rooms about the hotel or the surrounding area.

Great experience staying here for a friend’s graduation. Very friendly staff from check in to check out. Food at restaurants was very good! Loved the room! Bed was very comfortable!

Comfortable clean and friendly

Great room, bed, bathroom, dining, and bar on site. Only issue was the shower was cold at 6:30 am. Next morning took a shower at 5 am but was only luke warm. Would come back except the shower.

This was a really nice hotel at a great price. Everything was clean, even hallways and stairwells. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was great!

I like that it is close to a lot of activities and areas you would want to see in Lewiston like the river, downtown, and wineries. The breakfast is a nice feature. The hotel is pretty loud on the side facing the intersection below but there is not much you can do about this. It would be nice if the pool was heated and functional in the winter.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful; The upholstered chair in the room was without a foot stool and fabric was very dirty and should’ve been replaced; breakfast buffet was mediocre. Pancakes were so hard and dry you could not cut them; hours for buffet should have been extended to 10 am to accommodate vacationers who want to sleep in; there was no in room info regarding hotel amenities or a map; guest laundry not available because washing machine was broken; we would not stay at this hotel again

Great place!! Pool area a bit dated and unkempt, but the breakfast more than made up for it.

Nice hotel, good location but my tv remote wouldnt work, the floor lamp had a chewed up wire so that wouldnt work and is a hazard, the website wasnt updated and no information on the hotel in general other than the website that wasnt accurate.

If you advertise an indoor pool, you better have an indoor pool. We based our reservation on the fact the ad said the hotel had an indoor pool. It did NOT say the indoor pool was located at another facility (an athletic club) and that we would need to go to the front desk to get a guest pass. That is NOT an indoor pool located ON SITE. Based on this deceptive practice, I or my family, will not be using Hells Canyon Grand again.
