I was only there for one night didn't see no problems when I was there pretty clean

Went to check in… entered the lobby…. Walked out…. Totally outdated Smelled Booked another room at another hotel and lost our money for the night. Called since there was no one at the counter and was told they could not refund even though we just booked the room 30 minutes earlier on the app. Ppl don’t bother

Staff is very accommodating

Place was dirty , had to go back to front desk and ask for TP . Room not made up when we got back from our day . Trash piled in hallway and the place smelled .

Dans la chambre, la porte du frigo ne vous donne même pas envie de l’ouvrir Le personnel, n’est pas toujours sur place et ne répond pas au téléphone, il faut attendre sans savoir quand il va arriver pour faire le check out En réservant, il vous dit que le breakfast est compris, vous arrivez au comptoir, allez vous faire avec un muffin ou café ou chocolat sur un présentoir en face du front desk. C’est vraiment n’importe quoi

Dirty, smelly, breakfast not as advertised. Coffee and cereal bars. Nothing else Not even continental

Furniture was very run down, beds were extremely uncomfortable, room was not clean as well as the elevator and hallways. Lastly the pictures they post look nothing like what you see when you get there definitely will not stay here again

I'm not bad I'm disappointed. If you like hot water go somewhere else. If you like a spacious room, again, go somewhere else. The people there are charming but unless you grew up in Cambodia you might not know the pleasure of a bamboo cage aka they're queen suite. Oh the breakfast is good.

Horrible experience. Dirty room, no heat, vanity doesn't drain, tub drain very slow. We complained about it, they tried to switch the room to another one with similar situations. We booked for 2 nights but we had to cancel the second night after we spent one night with no heat while the unit was blowing cold air despite it was off. I already reported that to Expedia and I request complete refund for both nights.

The staff are amazing and so helpful. Floorplan the same at all extended Stays, so there are no surprises. Clean. Good pet areas to walk your pet.

It was okay a bit run down but the mattress was nice and firm.

I feel like unless you pay $300+ a night for a hotel, you can expect run-down and dirty rooms. The staff was friendly and the location was ok for me. But there were people loitering and chain smoking at the entrances, one guy was there from 10pm when I entered until 2am when I checked out. My room seemed clean, until I started looking closer and noticed the carpet near the TV was caked with dirt and some random small debris. The underside of the fan above the stove had NEVER been cleaned and the the top of the cabinets also looked like they had never been cleaned. The caulk in the bathroom was absolutely gross, there were black mold spots in the tub and on the wall above. The actual shower head was also filty and looked like it had never been cleaned.

You should consider saying the breakfast part. Its the least of any ive stayed in, that stated free breakfast. The location for it is odd too, with no way to sit down.

This hotel was horrible. The smell was horrendous and mattresses in the hallways!! Disgusting.
