Excelente location and great breakfast.

O check in foi demorado. Chegamos às 19h30 e só havia um funcionário na recepção. Fomos para o quarto e ele estava com o banheiro sujo e com toalha molhada. Fui reclamar e nos trocaram de quarto. Este estava limpo, mas não tinha toalhas. Tive que descer e esperar pelas toalhas que estavam sendo dobradas O quarto não tinha telefone e o contato com a recepção era por whatsapp.

Chambre propre et spacieuse en plein centre-ville

The location was very good, the stuff some of them were very nice, helpful and very kind. Breakfast was very good, the place looks nice and clean. They just give you one key card per room, it was not easy for us because we all had different plans. About the cleaning At check-in they give you a paper with instructions and information about almost everything. It says that towels left on the floor will be replaced, while towels that are hung up will be understood as ones you plan to reuse, which is perfectly fine. The shower is open, so a lot of water comes out when you bathe, and I had to put two of the small towels on the floor. When I got out, everything was very wet, so I used the towel I had used to finish drying and left the three towels on the floor since they were wet. When I came back, the large towel was hanging and one of the small ones was folded but still very wet, which makes me think they only took one and just wrung out the other and folded it again. Also, when I first received the room there was a used bar of soap in the shower. Everything looks very clean until you notice those small details.

Amazing location centrally located to Avenida Corrientes! 1 minute away from the Obelisco steps for the cool photo. El Guerrin was also walking distance as well as some famous bars. The staff was okay seem to be busy all the time to get individual attention. Breakfast was simple, some fruit old. Bed sheets dirty- seem like they reuse same sheets for different guests. We requested new sheets. Every time we needed something we had to go down to reception ourselves to grab it ie even toilet paper, not sure if that's their service or maybe low staff.

Todo muy bien

Lovely, quaint, old fashioned hotel located in a quiet side street. A nice departure from big impersonal hotel chains. Lots of little restaurants and cafes close by Beds were very comfortable and the huge rain shower head was womderful with lots of pressure and hot water. Fromt staff were friendly and helpful, overall a very nice place to stay in BA. Breakfast was included but I cannot rate it as we slept in and missed it altogethet. Yes, the room was That comfortable and quiet. I will assume breakfast was a five star

La habitación estaba al lado del ascensor y se escuchaba todo. Tuvimos que retrasar la salida del hotel porque se trabó la puerta (no abría o no funcionaba el botón para destrabar la puerta). No observamos salida de emergencia fácil de utilizar. Tuvo que venir una persona de mantenimiento a destrabar una puerta con tornillos, un peligro en casos de emergencias...

受付の対応はテキパキ丁寧でした。部屋は普通でしたが固定シャワーはお湯、水量ともにOKで1泊するだけが目的だったので必要十分でした。 オベリスコから直ぐで街歩きにはよい立地だと思った。近くにスーパーがあるのもよい。

Os funcionários são muito educados, o hotel é confortável e a localização também é muito boa. Único ponto negativo é que mandei mensagem previamente perguntando se havia ferro de passar e me afirmaram que sim, porém chegando ao hotel, fui informado de que não havia.

The shower was not clean. The sheets and cover had a lot of stains and looked dirty. Also the mattress had very brown large dirty spots that look they have never being clean.

Quarto: pegamos 2 quartos conjugados, porém as portas que os interligavam não abriam e precisávamos abrir e fechar portas tá auxiliar nossas filhas, iluminação do quarto péssima, tv não tinha entretenimento, não tinha telefone no quarto. Banheiro: minúsculo porém ótimo chuveiro. Itens que constavam na lista não tinham como: secador de cabelo, ferro de passar, etc. Café da manhã com nada de variedade, ficamos 10 dias no hotel e os 10 dias as mesmas coisas, muito enjoativo , salão de café muito pequeno e não tinha organização dos hóspedes, muitas vezes duas pessoas usando mesas grandes. Para um hotel boutique achei bem a desejar.

It was good the breakfast and people in the front desk are nice. The hotel is old but in good conditions and super convenient.
