Neighbor was very noisy asked front desk to deal with it and they tried but was unsuccessful. We asked to move rooms and they said they didn’t have room. Had a sleepless night. Breakfast was very limited and had moldy bread.

After paying almost 400 US$ for a 3 night stay in Monte Carlo Inn, Brampton, Canada you expect more than what we received in return. Room was small, bathroom was dirty with not enough soap and towels, room floor was laminated wood with no carpet and floor was not clean. Breakfast was with very limited choices and if you want eggs you need to pay $8 extra per head. Most of the staff was good but one employee was rude, he talked to me while still paying attention to other stuff with no eye contact with me. Another time we stayed at another hotel in the same town with less than $100 per night which had much better rooms and many more choices of food in the breakfast. No more staying at Monte Carlo. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights. First night great. Came back 2 nd to a room not cleaned , no coffee, needed towels. Went to front desk to be told someone called & we said not to clean room. Never received any call & wanted the room serviced. Put the tag on door handle to clean room which seemed to disappear. Gave spouse all he asked about for him to load his arms & bring to room. They should never argue with customer about phone calls. They should check their sraff to see who didn't do their job.

They hold a security deposit with a credit card with PIN. G pay or Apple pay should be allowed.

Friendly staff, conveniently located and on site restaurant food very good and reasonably priced.

We were there with the kids for overnight, the only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast would be nice if they have more choices for warm meal not unless you have to pay
