조식에 오랜지 착즙기계가 있어 좋았어요 바로옆에 MERCADONA와 LIDL이 있어 편했고 지하주차장이 있어 안전하고 무료였어요

Nice service. But not enough facility which was 4star hotel. Little noisy because big highway was passing beside the hotel.

호텔 깔끔하고 좋았어요~ 직원들도 친절하고 하우스키핑도 증맬 깨끗하게 해 주셨습니다. 무료 물도 제공돼요 그리고 식당이 24시간이어서 늦게 뭐 먹고 하기도 좋았어요. 단점은 방음이 짱 안됩니다^^ 그리고 마드리드 중심지에서 지하철로 40분 정도 걸리고 역에서도 제법 걸어야 하며 주변이 아주 휑합니다. 하지만 이 가격에 이정도면 만족이었어요!!

청결하고 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다. 주스 3종류, 우유 시리얼 하몽등 햄류 5종류. 차즈 2종류. 커피 빵 5종류 과일 4종류 등 화장실 청결하며 주차 무료입니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 Marcadona 라는 수퍼마켓이 있어서 좋습니다.

It was clean and convenient.

I wanted to have later check out, than 12.00, but the staff said is not possible, where two girls. Even I explained that is normal and I am a regular costumer, they said I had to pay for a new night. But when I check on the webpage they do have later check out. VERY poor service! Not happy!

Perfect location for quiet and calm nights! We loved staying there!

Muy buen hotel y muy central

The hotel is marketed as 4 star but in reality it is between 2 and 3 stars. The rooms are a good size, with very comfortable beds and good quality linen. They were also very clean. The room did not have any decor and lacked amenities. The air conditioning was not great, the shower had to be fixed and the safe did not work. The hotel lacks character. The first thing you see on entry is an Amazon delivery locker and vending machines. The decor is basic and it feels more like a hostel rather than a hotel. The Ibis which is next door is a 3 star but had live music, a bar and restaurant. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We still enjoyed our stay but the hotel needs to be marketed as what it is to avoid disappointment.

Hotel, con buena situación. Personal amable y predispuesto a ayudar. Silencioso y cómodo para aparcar. Habitaciones amplias. Si hubiera que poner una pega es que los colchones están dados de si (con forma de V) y cuesta descansar,

The place is quiet and clean. The staff not too friendly.

We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. Lovely fresh orange juice, cold meats , some cooked items and lots of breads and croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, safe and the staff was lovely. They have coffee free 24 hours a day which was a big plus. The only thing that was negative was that they had no air conditioning and no screens on the windows and the room got rather hot overnight..
