호텔은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 직원들도 아이들에게 친절했습니다.

Posisi seberang tram no 9, ranjang nyaman, city tax 5,70 chf per orang per hari, sarapan standar eropa tapi lumayanlah. Staff ramah. Internet sedang, lebih cepat di Changi 😂

The staffs are very very friendly, helpful, and funny. We were nicely welcomed to the hotel. The room size is perfect and the bathroom is spotless clean. We paid the tax and got free transportation tickets around town during our stay which is very nice. The hotel is accessible by tram no 9 but don’t follow google map, the tram will stop right in front of the hotel at Guisanplatz station not Parkstrasse (you have to walk far from here)

Nice place to spend the night, but the location is quite far from the central of Bern. It takes 550m walk to reach the bus/tram stop. The breakfast was just fine.
