친절한 리셉션 서비스가 좋았습니다

시설도 깔끔하니 다 좋았는데 관광지랑 멀다는 점이 살짝 아쉬웠네요~ 다른건 다 좋았어요!

좀 오래된 낡은 시설. 친절한 스텝

A lo mejor una pintada, remodelada y camas matrimoniales porque juntan dos camitas para hacer una matrimonial y está muy incómodo, las alfombras también sería bueno cambiarlas pero el personal fue muy amable, todos muy atentos, el ama de llaves deja todo muy limpio pero la cortina del baño huele feo, se podrían lavar o cambiar o sea la ubicación está excelente pero no me gustó tanto la verdad

Room was very clean, would of given 5 stars but was on a busy street & heard traffic all night

Hotel ok, um pouco antigo apenas

The accommodation was great and very clean. One major issue for me was not being able to sleep because of the noise from the vacuum cleaner and the cleaning staff’s loud phone calls in the morning.

Loved the 2 day stay here! Roomed with my mother and sister and felt very safe as ladies traveling alone. Staff was so sweet and helpful! Would 10/10 return and stay here if in Florence again - thank you for a great stay!

Very plain rooms, but the view from our top floor balcony was great! Helpful and friendly staff- would stay again

This hotel was perfect. Super clean, large bathroom, very comfortable bed, close to all the sightseeing and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff and a nice hotel.

The check-in and staff were great. The room had a refrigerator that didn’t work and the heating/cooling system didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was very good. Strangely, they gave us a spoon and a knife but never a fork. The check-out was easy and they called us a cab right away. Bus C1 takes you right downtown to all the sights!

L’hotel è un po’ datato ma pulito e il personale è cortese. La nota negativa è che erano presenti dei gruppi scolastici sullo stesso piano e in camere adiacenti, disturbando non poco il riposo notturno.

Quarto bem grande e espaçoso. Fácil acesso a qualquer lugar a pé. Muito bom. Recomendo

Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand, aber zu einer Hauptverkehrstraße gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

3 star as expected. Clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. Few noisy late night customers.

The hotel seems dark and dingy but is clean and the rooms are serviced daily. The front desk staff is friendly and excellent and was able to readily answer all of our questions. The breakfast provided at the hotel is excellent and filling - better than most I have had in Italy. The location is very convenient to public transportation around Florence as well as to and from the airport and central train station (the tram is one block away). There is a convenient supermarket and pharmacy at the corner with an extremely helpful, English speaking staff. (They immediately spoke to me in English when I attempted to converse in Italian.) There is a restaurant next door run by a guy from Naples that was top notch - good food and service.
