친구와 함께 아주 만족한 호텔이였지만 위치가 좀 불편했어요

위치도별로. 가격대비최악 프론트직원들. 소개해주는 레스토랑가서 음식 극혐에. 가격 눈탱이 맞음ㅜㅜ

Amazing location, beautiful room. Real Venice! Easy walk to the main area but the region the hotel is located in is truly beautiful. Would return at any opportunity.

床墊有點軟，隔音不是很好。房間很大，空間感很好。飯店有些休閒空間，很不錯。

Everything was perfect from the staff at the desk to the comfort of the rooms, clean and well provided with sleepers and toiletry samples in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet, extra charge, is huge and absolutely wonderful with everything you can desire, even gluten free bread, etc. it was our second stay but we will return.

Excellent staff who are very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and the breakfast is great. Thank you!

O atendimento da equipe.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade e sucos de fruta natural. O serviço durante o café da manhã também poderia ser mais eficiente recolhendo os utensílios usados já que as mesas são pequenas para um casal. Mas o pior do hotel é o atendimento e o serviço prestado pela equipe da recepção. Foram algumas situações de falta de paciência, arrogância e informação errada sem admitir após perceber o erro. Oferecer um serviço gratuito na pode ser banalizado por ser gratuito, deve ter a certeza de passar a informação completa e de que o cliente entendeu. O staff da recepção deveria ter mais entendimento sobre o que é um verdadeiro customer service. A atenção e edução não condizem com a qualidade do quarto e localização do hotel.

Stayed 7-nights. A comfortable and relaxing stay in a wonderful hotel located in one of the best areas in Venice, Cannaregio. Staff, above all, were extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotless; full marks to the house keeping staff. This is not our first stay here and won't be our last.

Tiny room. Had to go out to change my mind. One side of the bed was against the wall meaning one person had to crawl over the other to get out of bed.Many hazards in the room when going to the bathroom at night. Bathroom light located inside bathroom. 5 inch step to get into bathroom. Only 8 inches of clearance between headboard and luggage platform. You need to turn sideways to navigate past the furniture. Smaller than a NYC hotel room. Not what we expected even for a rack rate room. Don’t recall seeing this closet of a room in the photos. Would definitely NOT recommend for older travellers. Staff were terrific. Pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great as usual. The same great staff we had 2 years ago and fantastic service again. Couldn't rate it any better!! Room was lovely, great drinks and great service. Fingers crossed we will be coming back soon!!
