직원도 불친절하고 객실 정리 정돈이 안된 느낌.

spacius room, generally satisfied - remote area and a bit old thogh.

This is a type of 5-star hotel, if the staffs' sevices would be supported. Not very near from Sevilla, but it deserved to try to get there.

객실은 양호하나 샤워부스에 커텐이 없어 바닥이 한강이 됨(조심해서 샤워해야함) 엘리베이터가 노후하여 문이 잘 안열림(갇혀 있었음)

Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were a family of 4, with small children. The family room has a sketchy and a wobly set of stairs that brings to the Mezzanine where the bathroom is. I was terrified of my kids falling from the stairs. We had to abandon our reservatiom to seek for a place where at least we could sleep in. The beds were god awful, they only gave us one pillow, and when I asked for more, The rude staff member said they were fully booked and only had two of the worst pillows I ever had the unfortunate privilege of using. They advertised a restaurant and room service, but they don't bring the food to the room, nor do you have access to a menu. You have to go downstairs and order and pick up the order. We spent 2x more than what we paid originally to get emergency accommodations. My son called this place a Bootel, cause he said it was Boooooooooo. And I agree. Also, there are no good restaurants nearby, it is in the middle of nowhere. Who did they bribe to get this 4 star classification, that was money well paid, cause I wouldnt give it 1 star, let along 4. I could keep going, but my fingers hurt of how angrily I'm typing this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAP!!!

O quarto era muito espaçoso (duplex) estava impecavelmente limpo. Fácil estacionamento privativo. Os colchões não eram muito confortáveis. Ótimo pequeno almoço, com muita variedade. Pães e pastelaria acabados de fazer.

Room was too hot and not able to change temperature Very strong pungent smell in room Hotel was full of coach parties and we were not able to eat in the restaurant as it was fully reserved We were not advised of this when checking in The lobby and foyer were shut off for a private event This should have been advised beforehand

El personal super amable, nos dieron excelente servicio, pedimos una tetera y nos la facilitaron, dejamos olvidado un cable y no lo buscaron. Excelente todos

Didn't have breakfast

スタッフの対応が失礼です。レストラン予約して食事をしていたら、レストラン営業時間中なのにスタッフが帰れないので来るなと言われた。設備も4-starsではなく2-starsレベル。駐車場は団体客向けのバスが区画を無視して毎日停めてあり、20時過ぎると停められない。

Hotel propre, chambre pour trois personne spacieuse, petit déjeuner bien.

Una estancia muy penosa, solo pase una noche y muy barato pero al final me salió carísimo porque era imposible dormir, las ventanas no cerraban bien y el ruido de una carretera cercana con tráfico incesante era horrible el ruido en la habitación, no pude dormir nada, por eso salió caro. Luego la ducha rota, el hotel poco cuidado, lo mejor la piscina y el cargador de vehículo eléctrico

O hotel é tem fácil acesso a Sevilha, com estacionamento, conforto , ótimo para famílias.
