Bellissima struttura affacciata in una baia meravigliosa della bellissima zona nord di Malta. A mio avviso quella con le spiagge migliori. Personale gentilissimo. Si ha dall'inizio alla fine del soggiorno la sensazione di essere coccolati. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima la colazione. Così come squisito il cibo dei ristoranti dell'hotel. A due passi la fermata del bus che ti porta ovunque. E proprio di fronte all'hotel la partenza dei migliori tour di comino e blue lagoon. Sicuramente consigliato!

I had a wonderful stay at the Riviera Hotel! The ambiance was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I want to extend a special thank you to Jamar, Eunice, and Anna at the reception for their exceptional help, and also to Martin Sapiano, the Guest Relations Manager, for making my stay extra special. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made me feel truly valued. I can’t wait to return!

Les chambres sont confortables et la literie très bien. Le restaurant libanais est fabuleux, le restaurant italien excellent également. Tous deux avec un personnel aussi compétent que sympathique, organisé et souriant, notamment Engin et Jyothis

Struttura grande, con 2 ristoranti e una sala buffet per la colazione e ogni sera cene a tema. Terrazza, piscina, stanze grandi, vista spettacolare

Staff were lovely. English is not their first language and they do try to accommodate, at times, you do ask multiple times for things but eventually do get it, esp drinks. We did all inclusive, the breakfast is the same every day! Lunch and dinner change, they do themed evening meals. Grill/bar is very very limited and depending if your pool side or reception the menu varies. Pizza was soggy and cheese not melted. You have to pay for grill items such as burgers. In the main restaurant, salads were always random, I found the lettuce dull and depressed and then they would have weird pasta salads. Most foods came with olives ... Even scrambled eggs!.. Some items lacked seasoning. Pasta could have been cooked longer as was quite hard. They do cater for those who dont like to eat anything aboard such as chicken nuggets and chips!. Best food they offered was the Lebanese selection. There was a big selection of desserts - I didn't try any but looked nice. Food was very samish daily. Watermelon was hot and miss if it was red and tasty. They were quick to clean tables in-between diners. Drinks vary in-between server and area, sometimes a drink is available on AI other times it's not, it's very hit and miss as to whether it's included. Water from the restaurant tasted like melted ice, the water machines upstairs tasted better. This place lacks entertainment. Nothing to see around the hotel, pretty baron!!!

Their daily activities were very fun and Yoga class trainer was the most amazing I ever had. Baffe was so much choices every day different it was good. The room was very humid and dump smells every time come back to room. Shower stand was broken each time when I had shower water leaking to the room. That’s very disappointing.

I liked that it was spacious and adults only hotel, food selection buffet and the all inclusive option was well worth it.

The place is excellent for a quiet rest away from the massive construction going on in Malta. It is in a area were traffic is also far. The right resort if you decide to stay and not visit much. Very close to Gozo. Lost some points due to wear of certain areas which require repairs and maintenance. Otherwise the place is recommended, beautiful and relaxing

Nous avions passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel chambre vue panoramique sur mer et tout le personnel était au top en particulier Sabita et Eunice qui nous ont très bien accueillies sans oublier l’équipe de nettoyage qui fait un bon travail pour retrouver chambre propre au quotidien.

L’hôtel Riviera est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et bien situées, face à la mer, avec les transports à proximité ( bus et bateaux vers les iles). Le personnel est toujours serviable et souriant, aux petits soins pour nous. Les buffets en demi-pension sont un vrai régal, grand choix et qualité avec menus à thème, et animations musicale en soirée. Bref c’etait parfait ! Nous reviendrons c’est certain ! Merci pour tout 🥰❤️🙏

Superbe hôtel. Calme. Accès direct à la mer. Pour les excursions en bateau le départ est au pied de l hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable. Aux petits soins.Nous avons été surclassé sans demande particulière nous avons eu une chambre vue partielle sur mer. Nous étions en demi pension et c était très bon. Animation tous les soirs. Un peu loin de tout donc prévoir une voiture (attention ayez bien une carte de crédit et non de débit si on vous oblige à prendre une assurance).

Kätevä päästä Comino ja Gozon saarelle hyvien yhteyksien takia. Myös hyvät kulkuyhteydet muihin paikkoihin. Lentokentälle suosittelen käyttämään mielummin taksia, sillä linja-auto yhteyksillä menee yli 1,5h päästä kentälle. Tuntui, että iso hotelli oli haukannut liian ison palasen ja yksittäinen asiakas jäi pahasti varjoon. Palvelussa kaikilta osin olisi paljon parannettavaa aina ensikohtaamisesta asti. Aamiaispaikka on todella meluisa ja ulos ei ollut mahdollista mennä syömään. Ravintoloita hotellissa on yllättävän suppeasti. Vastaanottovirkailija ei kysellyt, jos olisi halunut ottaa uima-altaalle pyyhekorttia, joten se oli haettava erikseen uudelleen vastaanotosta. Tämä on mielestäni itsestäänselvää, että se esitetään asiakkaalle heti sisäänkirjautuessa. Huone ei ollut valmiina klo 15. Tuntui todella oudolta, sillä huoneita oli hotellissa paljon ja hotelli ei selvästikään ollut läheskään täynnä. Ei minkäänlaista anteeksipyyntöä tai pahoittelua asiasta, vaan pyydettiin istumaan ja odottamaan. Muiden kohdalla näytti odottaville tuotavan haluamia virvokkeita. Aamiaistarjonta oli runsas, mutta olin odottanut siitäkin paljon parempaa. Aika perus aamiainen, ei siis mitään iloisia yllätyksiä. Kuntosalit avautuivat kovin myöhään. Fitness puolen laitteet olivat surkeassa kunnossa. Tästä hotellista olin odottanut enemmän, kuin sain. Iso pettymys.

Bien dans l'ensemble, personnel acceuillant, restauration bonne et variée. Animation musicale tous les soirs. Isolation phonique des chambres un peu limite. Attention la restauration le soir est présentée comme possible jusqu'à 22h, mais à 21h30 tout est débarrassé ! Comme dans tout hôtel je pense qu'il serait malheureusement nécessaire de communiquer sur le respect d'autrui les gens n'étant à priori pas suffisamment bien éduqués pour respecter le sommeil des autres quand ils rentrent tard le soir ou partent dans la nuit.
