Das Hotel ist im grossen und ganzen in Ordnung. Das Bett war schrecklich und im Bad gab es zu wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten und Handtuch Halter gab es gar nicht. Sonst war das Zimmer gut und der Meerblick fantastisch. Das Essen war mega! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren sowohl vom Frühstück als auch vom Abendessen Buffet begeistert. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl und jeden Abend ein wechselndes Thema. Vom Wellness Bereich haben wir nur den Pool genutzt und der war gut. Im Hotel gab es jeden Tag Programm, an welche wir aber nicht teilgenommen haben. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hinter dem Haus ist ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz aber auch ohne Auto kommt man sehr gut über die Insel, da ständig Busse und Taxis/Uber zur Verfügung stehen.

L'hôtel est bien situé et l'arrêt de bus juste à côté est un vrai plus. Par contre, niveau repas, le côté sucré aussi bien du petit déjeuner que le dessert du dîner n'est vraiment pas qualitatif. De plus, nous avons souhaité profiter de la piscine intérieure, nous ne sommes pas restés longtemps car l'environnement était extrêmement bruyant et surtout je pense qu'il y a un manque d'hygiène, mon mari et moi avons attrapé une mycose après nous être baigner. donc je ne suis pas totalement satisfaite , je ne pense pas revenir.

We've been several times. Hotel is very clean. The food was good too. We enjoy the indoor pool. The staff on reception were not as friendly or professional as the other times we've visited, but it didn't spoil our trip. Maybe they were overwhelmed as it was a busy weekend at Riviera

Zimmer ansprechend und soweit ok. Ein paar Wollmäuse. Matratzen nicht gut. Kissen zu hoch. Auf Nachfrage gab es aber ein „weicheres“ Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Guest Manager war immer auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht.

Det var bra pris, självklart och ganska bra frukost. Men sångerna var obekväma och var mycket varmt i rummet, gick inte sänka ner värmen, tyvärr. Ganska smutsigt i spa och pool område och funkande endast en av tre bastu.

Good hotel overall with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and very good food especially the traditional Maltese dishes. However, the gym is very small, poorly equipped, and the treadmills were not working. More deckchairs are also needed around the indoor pool. With these improvements, the hotel would offer a much better experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this spa hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive — they greeted me warmly and always listened carefully to what I requested, which made the whole experience feel very personal and relaxed. The spa facilities were excellent and perfect for unwinding. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic, with a great variety and really high-quality food — everything was fresh, well presented, and delicious. One suggestion would be to label vegetarian food in green so it’s easier than reading all labels & not mixed near the meats. Chef was great & if something was suited would cook if requested but was never needed. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay with outstanding service. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break with great food and exceptional staff.

Huone oli hyvä ja siisti, sänky sopivan napakka. Sisä uima-allas oli miellyttävä, etenkin aamulla kun oli tilaa ja hiljaista ennen kuin äänekkäät poreet laitettiin päälle. Henkilökunta muuten ystävällistä, paitsi erittäin töykeä customer relations manager. Hänelle oli liian vaikeaa myöntää, että heidän aulassa pyörivällä videollaan esiteltyä taiji-tuntia ei ollutkaan.
