Very helpful staff, great location

Ik verbleef er 1 nacht in een eenpersoonskamer. De locatie was ideaal om de stad te verkennen. Er is een minibar, met gratis flesjes water. Het ontbijt was goed.

The only bad thing was the AC was out. But it was fixed immediately!!

Easy place to check into and the staff was all very nice and helpful. It was a last minuet booking due to an issue with the train system, so we were quite relieved to find somewhere to check in at 19:00. The problem was the cooling system, the room was excessively hot when we arrived. We asked the staff and they said they could adjust temperatures and to come back in an hour. We grabbed a fan and passed out in bed due to a crazy long day, the room never cooled down. It was a hot uncomfortable sauna. Also the beds were very uncomfortable. I would say if they would update the beds and fix the air conditioning, then this would have been a great, cute, and nice place to stay in Pisa.

We stayed at this hotel before continuing our travels through Italy and planned to return afterward. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They kindly stored our large luggage as well as some medications that needed refrigeration, which made our trip much easier and allowed us to travel without carrying everything with us. The hotel itself is very comfortable, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast each morning is excellent. The location is also convenient, about a 20-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality.

This comfortable hotel is very conveniently located in central Pisa. The single room was understandably compact, but there was no lack in its facilities. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast buffet offered a great array of options.

Stayed 3 nights June 2026. We were in the courtyard, room quite small be adequate. Clean, but maintenance poor. Broken tiles in bathroom, painted over bubbling plaster on walls. Some parts of the hotel appeared quite run down. Walls very thin, can hear local music from bars, people leaving for airport at early hours. Staff friendly, breakfast good, lots of choice, fresh food. Location good, short walk to main area for restaurants/tower and cathedral ect Would not rate this as a 4 star hotel, more 3 star.

The location is great and the building is very characteristic. The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly. The room has a moldy smell. The sink in the bathroom drains slow.

Lots of good things about hotel. Breakfast good options. Staff helpful. Only negative was air conditioning did not work well. Could not get temperature less than 77 F despite being on all night.

Trevligt hotel nära järnvägsstationen. Lugna kvarter en bit från den mer turistiska delen av stan. Fantastisk frukost.

Well located and very comfortable hotel. Spacious room with all the amenities needed. Toiletries and drinking water were refreshed/replaced each day. Very quiet. Good choice and range of food for breakfast. 10 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 15 minute walk from Campo dei Miracoli. Restaurants nearby and many more across the river.
