시설은 약간 세월의 흔적이 있으나 관리가 잘되어 있어 문제 없었음. 준수한 서비스 및 음식. 다만 저녁식사 예약이 조금 힘듬

몇년간 세계 여러 호텔을 이용하고 경험해 보았지만 이 호텔처럼 불쾌하고 사람을 불편하게 했던 호텔의 경험은 처음인듯합니다. 체크인시 부터 고압적인 직원의 일방적인 안내와 그동안 아무문제가 없던 예약시 이름과 아이디 이름이 조금 다르다고 체크아웃시까지 변경이 안 이루어지면 전일정에 대한 숙박비를 새로 지불해야한다는 말도 안되는 강요를 받고 여행내내 예약 콜센터와 전화로 어려움을 겪던 시간으로 인해 칸쿤 휴양지에서의 휴식은 악몽으로 변해버린 시간이었습니다. 또한 올인클루시브로 변한 탓에 일체의 외부손님의 호텔내 입장 불가로 인해 오랫만에 만난 친구와 차한잔 할수없는 이상한 경험도 할수 있었습니다. 공짜로 음료를 마시는것도 아니고 비용을 지불하기위해 친구를 초대했으나 보기좋게 정문에서 부터 호텔 손님이 아니라는 이유로 문안으로 들여보내지 않는 시큐리티나 리셉션직원의 융통성 없는 마인드는 도대체 어떤 의미인지 아직도 궁금하기만 합니다. 오직 비용을 지불한 사람만이 들어가서 이용할수 있는 세계적인 휴양지의 일급호텔인건 알겠지만 게스트의 초대손님까지 출입을 제한하는 메뉴얼이 과연 일급호텔인지 의심스럽습니다. 거부할수 있는

The hotel is old and the condition is not as pleasing. there is alot of dust everywhere and the mirrors are stained from being that old. I think with some upgrades it can be an OK hotel. It was advertised differently than what is was in reality. Although the restaurants were really good

I believe this may have been a five-star hotel over a decade ago, but now I would only rate it three stars. While the facilities were originally built to a five-star standard, they haven’t been well maintained or updated over the years. The restaurant and food is good but the reservation was painful.

Great place to stay. Family friendly. Only downside is the rooms. The rooms need to be remodeled.

Was expecting a lot of sargasso based on FB posts I saw leading up to the trip. The water was great. One day a wave of sargasso came in, but they clean it up. It was actually fun to play with anyways. Good snorkelling nearby. Staff was super friendly and food was awesome. Drank a ton of coffee and ate lots of ice cream as well. Great trip!
