The best hotel ever.

A lovely hotel, from before checking in to leaving communication from the hotel was 2nd to none. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are professional and friendly and every little thing was sorted. The car shuttle service is great to Creekside.

I don’t know how I am going to stay at another hotel after staying here. Everything was perfect and the service was excellent .

Celebrated our anniversary here with my husband, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and our room was spacious, luxurious, and truly top tier. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond before we even arrived. I loved that they had us fill out details about our stay ahead of time so we could add any special requests in advance. Every little detail felt thoughtful and intentional. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were with our early check in and late check out requests. The complimentary champagne toast at Braidwood Tavern was such a lovely touch. We dined there twice during our stay, once for the buffet breakfast, which was delicious, and again later where I had one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had! We also made a late night dessert request, and the ice cream cookie sandwich was unreal. The complimentary shuttle to the village and driving service was another detail we really appreciated and made everything feel so seamless. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool this visit, we walked by and it looked beautiful. We’re already planning to book a spa treatment next time. We truly can’t wait to return and honestly won’t stay anywhere else now!

Thank you for making our honeymoon truly unforgettable. We had an amazing stay — to the point where we wondered why we hadn’t chosen a resort like this sooner. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite, and walking into such a spacious room with a sweet “Congratulations” amenity from the FS team was the perfect start. The next day, a Dutch team member surprised us with a fresh fruit platter and a bottle of prosecco, which made us feel incredibly cared for. Another thoughtful touch: we weren’t charged for the 2.5‑hour e‑bike rental. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for these two wonderful nights in your establishment. We will absolutely be back 😉

We had an exceptional stay at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, defined by incredible attention to detail. From arrival to departure, the service was seamless. Fynn made check-in smooth and welcoming, and Jonnie ensured a polished check-out. The valet team consistently went above and beyond. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully our toddler was included. We arrived to a robe, slippers, and a baby toiletry set in his size. At every meal, staff provided toddler cutlery, bibs, and dishes without us needing to ask. It made dining easy and enjoyable, which is rare when traveling with a young child. The daily experiences like maple taffy and wine tasting added a special touch to our stay. Every meal was excellent, and service was consistently attentive. Ollie at the pool was fantastic and exemplified the care shown by the entire team. One moment that really stood out was when our son dropped his toy over the balcony and the engineering team retrieved it within the hour. Small details made a big impact, including a custom cookie with his name and a “safe travels” treat at departure. The spa was also outstanding, with a relaxing and personalized treatment. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtful and well executed. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely be back.

Even though both the adult hot tubs were undergoing work the pool has multiple arms where we could sit with our feet in the water, in shade or sun, away from splashing children. The balcony off our room faced the forest and was perfect for afternoon drinks and the delicious breakfast. Getting gluten free sorted for eggs benny was a bit of a chore but the resulting breakfast was prompt and tasty (although it’s weird they can’t source a gluten free English muffin). The service and privacy set this hotel apart from any other in whistler. Also the king sized bed (and its accompanying assortment of pillows) was fabulous!

Beautiful property with good food and drinks, ski right beside the four seasons. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
