에어컨 시원해지는데 오래 걸리고 조명 어둡습니다.친절한 직원들과 24시간 프론트 운영은 훌륭한 장점입니다.

The hotel staff was nice and they provided breakfast in particular excellant. Above all the towels was feeling clean that smelled veniger. It was sanitation in proof. It takes about 20min to piazza campo by walk. Really nice accessible to flixbus terminal to Roma and go to San giminyano.

긴 에스컬레이트 올라와서 오른쪽으로 5분 역이랑 가깝고 찾기 쉬웠어요 조식도 좋았고 편안한 로비. 직원들도 친절해서 두아들과 즐겁게 지내다 왔습니다

객실자체는 좋음. 생각보다 넓은 욕실과 방. 미니바 사용도 가능해서 물 음료 사다가 넣어두고 마셨음. 특히 아침!!! 내가 여행중 이용했던 3성급 호텔들중 가장 좋았음..ㅜㅜ 베이컨과 달걀, 핫케이크와 과일 등 괜찮았음. 하루를 그냥 통으로 쉬려고 밖에 방해금지 문구를 걸어뒀는데 저녁에 타월을 바꿔주겠다고 리셉션에서 전화와서 1분만에 체인지. 단지 딱 하나. 별관쪽 객실이었는데 진짜 어마어마하게 시끄러움. 투숙객 뿐만 아니라 직원들 이야기까지 다 들리는 그런..게다가 와이파이는 연결 되나 싶으면 끊겨서 2박동안 그냥 와이파이를 포기했다.

전 굉장히 만족스러웠어요 메인기차역과 메인버스정류장에서 도보10분거리?? 조식도 괜찮았고 특히 팬케이크 기계가 정말 귀여웠어요 맛도 있었구요 객실도 넓은편이고 화장실도 넓어요! 이 가격에 이 정도면 대박입니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

아주 편안했다.

夜遅くに到着したにも関わらず、女性のスタッフの方々が親切に対応して下さった。駅までとても近くエスカレーターが動いていればすごく便利な場所にあります。 しかし、大きなスーツケースがある場合は要注意！！ 朝、夜など、エスカレーターが止まっていることがあり、かなりの負担になります。 その場合はタクシーやバスをおすすめします。 私は地元の方がお手伝いして下さりなんとか上まであがれましたが、途中動いていないということも頭に入れて行動して下さい。リュックくらいなら全然問題はありません！！

Desayuno rico

Agosto and Lucia were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They give us great advice on what to see, restaurants to visit and where to park. The hotel itself is beautiful. It's clean and has such a European charm. Would definitely stay here again!

Excelenteservicio, habitaciones grandes, desayuno incluido hasta las 10. Llegamos tarde y nos ofrecieron un desayuno tambien, aire acondicionado en habitación, cama hermosa,baño limpio y completo. El staff un 10.

We arrived at noon time and the hotel let us check in earlier than schedule, and that was very helpful. The following day we found the breakfast was great, beyond our expectation.🙂 It was a wonderful experience.

Tudo ok. Achei a cidade muito antipática com os visitantes, mas os funcionários são muito simpáticos e ajudam os hispedes.

El hotel esta precioso. La ubicacion buenisima porque esta justo en frente de la estacion, dejas tus maletas y listo. Tuvimos mucha suerte porque nos dejaron entrar a la habitacion desde temprano. El personal es muy muy amable. El desayuno muy completo

Hotel Italia was an absolute gem. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they understood we were tired from traveling with teens and even nailed a salon recommendation that turned out to be the best hair wash of my life, just minutes from the hotel. Our room was spotless, quiet, and the A/C worked perfectly; we didn’t hear a sound from neighbors or stair traffic. The location is a sweet spot — only 5 to 10 minutes from the tourist sights, yet tucked in a local neighborhood with bakeries and grocery stores, giving us that refreshing, peaceful feeling of being disconnected from the tourist rush. Breakfast was amazing, and the little teen-approved Duomo and gelato challenges made exploring even more fun. Bottom line: we’d come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. For anyone visiting Siena, Hotel Italia at Porta Camollia gives you that perfect “live like a local” buffer before diving into the Duomo and Piazza del Campo — and if you need a salon, just ask reception; their pick is solid.

The hotel is a bit older but the hotel and room were very clean. The bathroom was very nice. Good value.

Hotel Italia is welcoming and comfortable. It is conveniently located a short distance from the railway station (which is connected to street level by ten escalators and relatively easy to access with luggage if they're all working). The included breakfast buffet offered a great array of tempting options. The centre of the city with all the main tourist sights is only a twenty to thirty minute walk away through very picturesque streets.
