에어컨 시원해지는데 오래 걸리고 조명 어둡습니다.친절한 직원들과 24시간 프론트 운영은 훌륭한 장점입니다.

The hotel staff was nice and they provided breakfast in particular excellant. Above all the towels was feeling clean that smelled veniger. It was sanitation in proof. It takes about 20min to piazza campo by walk. Really nice accessible to flixbus terminal to Roma and go to San giminyano.

긴 에스컬레이트 올라와서 오른쪽으로 5분 역이랑 가깝고 찾기 쉬웠어요 조식도 좋았고 편안한 로비. 직원들도 친절해서 두아들과 즐겁게 지내다 왔습니다

객실자체는 좋음. 생각보다 넓은 욕실과 방. 미니바 사용도 가능해서 물 음료 사다가 넣어두고 마셨음. 특히 아침!!! 내가 여행중 이용했던 3성급 호텔들중 가장 좋았음..ㅜㅜ 베이컨과 달걀, 핫케이크와 과일 등 괜찮았음. 하루를 그냥 통으로 쉬려고 밖에 방해금지 문구를 걸어뒀는데 저녁에 타월을 바꿔주겠다고 리셉션에서 전화와서 1분만에 체인지. 단지 딱 하나. 별관쪽 객실이었는데 진짜 어마어마하게 시끄러움. 투숙객 뿐만 아니라 직원들 이야기까지 다 들리는 그런..게다가 와이파이는 연결 되나 싶으면 끊겨서 2박동안 그냥 와이파이를 포기했다.

전 굉장히 만족스러웠어요 메인기차역과 메인버스정류장에서 도보10분거리?? 조식도 괜찮았고 특히 팬케이크 기계가 정말 귀여웠어요 맛도 있었구요 객실도 넓은편이고 화장실도 넓어요! 이 가격에 이 정도면 대박입니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

Hôtel bien entretenu, chambre agréable, très bon accueil. Très bon petit déjeuner dans un cadre agréable.

Hotel Italia is welcoming and comfortable. It is conveniently located a short distance from the railway station (which is connected to street level by ten escalators and relatively easy to access with luggage if they're all working). The included breakfast buffet offered a great array of tempting options. The centre of the city with all the main tourist sights is only a twenty to thirty minute walk away through very picturesque streets.

Muy amables en todo momento. De hecho, tuvimos un detalle con la habitación, y nos ofrecieron otra opción que se adaptara a nuestras necesidades. Muy agradecidos. Y el desayuno muy variado y delicioso.

La habitación ejecutiva estaba muy amplia, cama cómoda king size, bonitos acabados, el baño muy amplio, habitación 361 fresca. La situación está muy cercana a la estación de trenes. Caminando a la plaza principal son como 20 min entre calles muy bellas y llenas de tiendas. Hay restaurantes cerca. El desayuno típico europeo, nada del otro mundo. El personal muy amable con algunos hablan español. Si lo recomiendo 100%

Tivemos uma experiência muito acima da expectativa com o Hotel Itália, muito confortável, limpo, cordialidade dos funcionários, café da manhã de muita qualidade e variedade, ótima localização! Super recomendamos

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen spijtig dat onze kamerbuur onze laatste avond verzuurde met steeds op de muur te kloppen het was amper 22u en wij maakten gewoon onze koffers klaar voor vertrek de dag erna. Maar hotel is zeker aan te raden!

Great place if you want to stay right outside the ZTL zone and the wall (beware of that if you are driving). Such a gem of hotel. The staff was super helpful, very kind and serviceable, i mean really really really nice. The room was a little tight for 4, but the bathroom was huge! All super clean, really impeccable. Our bedroom was in the adjacent building but in the ground floor, which made rolling in the luggage a breeze. The room itself had a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle. They were so nice and had the beds made for 4 when we arrived, i.e. they took out the trundle and made the bed as well as the daybed. I yet have to see that happen in the US... very attentive to detail. A very very minor thing, but the bed covers should be updated to be a bit more modern, looked like my grandma's curtains. Nevertheless, it was perfect for one night and also greatly appreciated the AC. The brick ceilings were also very charming. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing! Well worth the stay. They also have parking, but you need to reserve it ahead. We had gotten an email a couple of days before, but bc we were traveling around, I missed their ask if we wanted parking. Nevertheless, we found parking right behind the building so didn't matter at all, but you need to ask ahead for parking as they have limited spots A walk to the center if town is about 20mn and very easy stroll. This place is just perfect!! And Siena is just one of my favorite cities in Italy!!! Perfect combo!

Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good free breakfast buffet. Great location near entrance to walled city.
