전체 평가 및 리뷰 Extended Stay America Suites Washington DC Centreville Manas

컨퍼런스 참석차 2박 3일 머물렀다. 그러나 아주 불편한 경험을 했다. 방이 아주 시끄러워서 잠을 자기에 곤란했다. 옆방과 방음이 안 되었고, 히터 소리가 컸고, 주변의 자동차 소리도 컸다. 아침 식사가 된다고 기록되었으나, 식당도 없이 현관 통로에 커피와 오토밀 정도를 갖다 놓은 것이 전부였다. 프런트 직원도 불친절하였다. 아주 유쾌하지 않은 경헌이었다.

겨울인데 얇은 이불 밖에 준비가 되어 있지 않습니다. 가실때 충분한 방한옷을 가지고 가셔야 그나마 생활이 가능합니다. 근처에 공장이 있어서 그런지 시끄러운소리가 났습니다.

잘다녀왔습니다.

위치는 편의점이나 기타 식당가와 가까워서 좋았어요. 주변이 매우 조용하고 근데 일단 다른 후기에도 있듯이 퇴실시까지 housekeeping 이 없습니다. 방을 깨끗이 써야하죠.. 싱크대 냉장고 전자레인지는 있는데 다른 기타 물품(냄비, 포트, 컵 등등의 식기)는 필요할때 카운터에 얘기해서 받아와야합니다~ 이틀정도 묵기에는 괜찮은데 장기 투숙은 좀 힘들듯^^ 전 이번 여행의 기억이 좋아서 대체적 만족합니당 ㅎ

객실이 아주 청결한 상태는 아니었고 호텔 특성 때문인지 객실 정리는 해주지 안았습니다. 하지만 전자 렌지, 전기렌지 등이 있고 프런트에 요청하면 식기 등을 제공해 준다고하니 장기숙박하는 분은 숙박을 고려할만 합니다

장기 투숙 고객들에게 안성맞춤이나 단기 투수구 고객들에게 아침식사가 제대로 제공되지 않아(머핀, 과일, 커피 등 간단하게 준비) 개별 준비해야 하는 번거로움이 있음. 하지만 조용하고 주변에 한인타운이 있어서 이용하는데 추전할 만합니다.

First room only had one queen bed- didn’t realize I had booked that small of a room and room had a strong odd odor. Front desk was helpful in providing a different room with 2 queens for an additional fee. Next room also had strange odor. Maybe from previous guests cooking in the room. Kitchen had nothing in it so maybe you had to ask for kitchen kit which might be standard practice but surprised me. Fridge and freezer were nice and very convenient. I’d say biggest issue is smelly rooms.

The young lady at the front desk is absolutely FABULOUS!!!!!! I wish i would've gotten her name so I can sing her praises as it should be done!

surprising not to have a coffee maker in the room,, it was something you had to request and then go to the front desk to pick up

Excellent service. Provided the first floor room that was requested. Allowed for an early check-in. I stay here multiple times and appreciate their consideration.

Does everything a hotel needs to do. Definitely a strong base of operations for the trip.

I will never stay at this hotel. Never~~ When I asked the man at the front desk upon check-in whether I can have a hot tea in the room, he said yes. In side of the room, no pans or cups, nothing to boil the water or to use the microwave oven. I went out to the front desk how I can make my own tea to get the hot water. He gave me the pot covered in a plastic bag. The pot was not cleaned well and I could not use it. When I asked a cup, the plastic clear cup was also filthy. The fan at bathroom was so loud and the shower stream was so weak, I was not able to wash my hair.

Stove was no clean with burnt food on the side. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom

The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I believe his name was Khalid.

It was good

There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived, no bell to ring or way to obtain attention. I waited for almost 10-minutes to not have the women address her lack of response only to ask me “what can I do for you” without providing any eye contact. The room was very clean, however it’s 2025 and the room didn’t seem upgraded at all, very basic. The TV was small, no ice machine in the building, the breakfast was a nutrigrain bar or pre-packaged muffin.
