Cet hôtel faisait partie d'un complexe de 3 hôtels dont le royal azur 5 étoiles, le mien n'en ayant que 4. Mon bungalow se trouvait face à une jolie plage à laquelle je me suis rendu pour apptrendre que seuls les pensionnaires du Royal Azur avaient droit, ceux du Bel Azur devant se contenter de leur piscine. Nous avons quand même été tolérés mais sans pret de serviette. Par ailleurs étant en demi pension, il arriva que je souhaitais acheter un sandwich qui était présenté Impossible d'acheter ces sandwichs étant réservés aux pensions complètes. En conclusion, je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel dont le personnel par ailleurs était parfait

Litt mye resort

I booked a triple room, they gave us a cramped messy family room. I pushed back and they got annoyed. Finally they gave us a double room. I want a partial refund. The sheets were dirty and had to get them to change it. The furniture was old and mostly everything on the wall was crooked. Not with the money at all. Location was the only good thing.

Struttura situata a poca distanza dal centro di Hammamet direttamente sulla spiaggia attrezzata. Cibo ottimo e vario sia a colazione che cena.Personale gentile e disponibile.

Perfect. Staff are amazing, hotel is gorgeous and right on their own private beach. My favourite spot in Hammamet. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms, great staff, Omar is an asset, was very helpful and helped us get some great deals. Beautiful location on the beach and lovely hotel. Food was abit repetitve but think Im just not a fan of Tunisian cuisine. Not much for the kids apart from pizza... but my kids are fussy. Otherwise great stay and amazing staff.

This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks. We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony. Nothing fancy but very clean. Housekeeping was fantastic. Entertainment crew was great- lots of activities and shows. Food was delicious, with lots of choices, every night. Staff was friendly and helpful. We like to tip often and they were very appreciative. Overall, we had a great time.

Personnel admirable (Réception, restaurant le Gourmet, femme de chambre Hedia) Toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions et à rendre service. Merci Bel Azur !!!

C'est un super hôtel avec un accès à la mer incroyable. J'ai adoré. Les chambre sont biens, et assez grandes, les lits très confortables. Le site est magnifique. La nourriture excellente, le buffet est très varié et on trouve plusieurs spécialités tunisiennes et internationale. Le seul bémol, voyageant seule avec mes enfants, étant l'adulte responsable j'ai vécu plusieurs situations où le personnel masculin âgé a été bête, irrespectueux et impoli avec moi. J'ai vu plusieurs de ses situations envers les femmes sur le site. Cet aspect est à améliorer grandement avec la clientèle internationale.

This is an excellent hotel with free onsite parking, the room is clean and spacious, staff are ok. The food is good. Highly recommended.
