The location was great. Quiet and friendly staff. Hotel rooms are of a very good standard. Breakfast was a fantastic.

the room needed some cleaning. the chair was dirty. the sink was crack. the curtains need fixing.

The front desk service staff is excellent and explain to us the layout and the facilities of the hotel clearly.

Felt very safe & comfortable within hotel compound when compared to feeling unsafe in town.

Nice Hotel with access to Casino and restaurants . Excellent pool and gym and a well maintained property. A little out of town but with great views of the Macdonnell ranges.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room, the size/arrangement/decor etc. But what does $170 buy you these days? For this property it is a bed/shower/massive gym with sauna. It does not however extend to basics like coffee/tea/sugar, and their towels are so old/used they are fraying along the side, which is kind of gross...

The prices of the breakfasts, overcharged both days & staff had difficulty understanding English

I had my BUSY RELAXING sign up my whole stay and the male staff on shift was lovely enough to call and check in on me. I had made 3 separate bookings and stayed an overral 4 nights. The Staff were so amazing they gave me a free upgrade on my standard King room. If they had a microvwave in the room it would've been the cherry on top, but still I'd give it a 10/10 will definitely recommend 😊

Dirty blanket was put on my bed off of the floor. Was robbed of $630 in the casino (my ticket in the machine was stolen) during a medical episode and the casino took no responsibility even though they could clearly see on their security who the robber was. (They did offer me a free drink). I will NEVER stay there again or go to the casino. Security told me these thefts are a common occurance.

Always a great stay

Very disappointed as we expected better room service all meals we quite well below warm. The noise on the Friday night after 1am of revellers required a day of extension as we were woken from 1am through to 5am almost hourly. Obviously we couldn’t continue driving due to the lack of sleep, consequently we had to extend our stay. My husband slept through to 4pm.

Schöne und ziemlich weitläufige Anlage mit grossem, angenehm temperierten Pool. Wenige Schattenplätze. Viele Parkplätze. Im 3-Stöckigen Gebäude mit Fahrstuhl. Sehr gutes Restaurant „Tali“ mit moderaten Preisen.
