전체 평가 및 리뷰 HYATT house Santa Clara

히터 소음이 너무 크고 모션 인식이라 자는 동안에 난방이 꺼질수 있다네요..... 그래서 히터 문제로 방을 옮겨 큰길가 방을 얻었더니 차량 소음이 너무 잘 들림... 이어 플러그로 히터 소음과 차량 소음 차단 불가! 이 곳에 머무른 다면 길가서 먼 방에 난방 센서가 좋은 방에 투숙 하길 바랍니다. 겨울철에는요! 주차비 매일 10달러도 별도! 이외에는 마트도 가깝고 주방도 있고 냉장고도 커서 좋긴함.

오래된 느낌이지만 청소가 잘되어있고, 직원들이 친절했습니다. 근처에 마트도 있어서 편리했고, 주방이 있어서 장기 출장동안 이용했습니다.

예상외로 주변에 마켓등이 도보 거리에 있어 위치가 좋았다. 주방도 있고 방도 넓었지만 후라이팬이 없는게 단점.

출장으로 딱입니다.

가족과 여행하기 좋았습니다. 전자레인지, 인덕션, 그릇등이 있어서 유용하게 잘 썼습니다. 가족과 함께 즐기기에 추천해요~!!

전반적으로 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 호텔요금에 무료 조식이 좋았습니다^^

직원들이 유쾌하고 친절해서 좋았고 호텔도 깔끔해서 만족

Staff were really nice and helpful, the only downside is only one elevator was working during my entire stay. A few things in my room were broken but nothing major. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Great hotel

2基のエレベーターのうち１基が壊れており　エレベータが混んでるし待ち時間が長かったのが不満です

I booked the wrong day by accident and tried to switch my reservation but they didn't have availability and they refused to refund the room.

We had a great experience and would stay there again in a second. The free breakfast was very good and had many different options. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was huge and had a full fridge, stovetop and microwave. The shopping area it is located in had Multiple restaurants, a ColdStone and Safeway was near as well.
