We had a great stay. The two bedroom condos have a ton of room and we loved the full kitchen and the washer and dryer. The pool area is awesome. We also enjoyed the easy beach access and the chairs and umbrella for only $20 per day.

From check-in to check out, our experience was excellent. The value for money was outstanding. I will say that I think the food and drinks were a little on the spendy side, but probably on par for resort prices. Next time we will probably bring some of our own food since we stayed in a suite and the kitchen was very well equipped. The room was very clean very comfortable in an excellent condition just like the rest of the resort. All of the activities that are included in the price will keep you busy for a couple of days at least. The shuttle down to the beach was very helpful since one person in our group is in her 80s and has a hard time walking long distances. Next time we will probably plan a little bit better and expect to stay longer. We also got lucky and that there was a launch during our stay, and the hotel was very informative and making sure that we had the ability to watch that launch, which was super cool.

very nice place to stay, we were above maintance area and maid break room. we heard golf carts when backing up early in the morning. woke me up. otherwise it was nice

We love staying at holiday inn club however we do miss the kids indoor play area that use to be there and wish they would remove the paper off the windows and rebuild an indoor play area for kids again. Nice place to go when raining.

Overall, great stay!

Nice area and pool. Stiff Bed, water for the shower hurtful settings, couch you can feel the springs, towels are rough of the skin.

Stay was good could’ve done with some entertainment in the evening

I was impressed by the resort's amenities and cleanliness. The room was freshly cleaned and had everything I needed.

The front desk is more than willing to help you with everything. They look out for the guests, the entire time you are there. Strongly suggest bringing your kids here!

Great location in proximity to cruise ports. Lots of fun stuff to do on property. Great for kids and adults

Very clean and accommodating. Located very close to the port and a lot of things to do.

Nice property, but was suppose to get two double bed room. We got a king bed with sleeper couch, very uncomfortable.

Check in was slow but efficient room was ready when o arrived early pool was excellent

Staff is horrible. Dirty and unkept property. Rooms dirty and unkept. Balconies super dirty. Mosquitos everywhere. They don’t fog apparently. Pool area dirty. No soap in the bathrooms. Front desk staff and managers have the wrong attitude -very rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Expensive, but worth it. Pool was great. Bar drinks were tolerable. Beach was fabulous. Cafe food was delicious. Staff was friendly. Convenient location.

Loved it! Could see a cruise ship from balcony outside our room. Clean, convenient, awesome pool area, walked to beach from resort, it was peaceful. Good food at restaurant.

Our view was great, our unit was clean & comfortable. My only complaint was that while checking in, I had to wait to speak with people at 2 different desks. I understand this is a vacation club but it’s very inconvenient to offer a reward if customers will sit with someone to hear about the club right at check in. The woman who checked me in was raving about how it’s family owned and family friendly but was quite snippy as soon as I explained that my anxious family was in the car & I could not hear about the vacation club at that moment. That is a lot to ask for a family who has traveled all day to get to your hotel, especially if being family friendly is supposed to be of importance.

Very pleasant stay. Nice, clean and modernized. All the employees were extremely patient and kind

The staff was not friendly other then the trolley driver, took so long to check in, check in staff were very rude, not helpful
