10일동안 너무 만족했습니다 편안하고 깨끗하고 친절하고 난방도 너무 따뜻하고 물도 아주 잘나오고~~ 바로 앞에서 트램도 탈수있어 교통도 편리하고 호텔앞에 공원도 있어서 산책도 하고 까를교,프라하성,블타바강도 가깝고 주변에 음식점도 많고위치도 너무 좋습니다. 다시 가고싶은 호텔입니다.

방이 커서 이동이 편리하고 짐도 넉넉하게 두어서 좋았고 조식도 훌륭했어요. 다만 샤워 중에 물이 밖으로 심하게 흘러서 매번 욕실 바닥을 닦아내야해서 어려웠어요. 교통도 편리합니다. 위치도 탁월해서 추천합니다.

VIP 특별 서비스인 무료 스파 이용에 대해 체크인할 때 안내하지 않고, 체크아웃하는 날 안내를 해서 시간 여유가 없어 이용하지 못했지만 스파를 즐기는 사람이 아니었기에 괜찮았음. 대신 스파클링 와인을 한 병 준다고 했지만 무거워 짐만 될 거라 사양함. 숙소는 가성비 훌륭함. 오래된 숙소이지만 관리가 잘 된 듯. 조식이 매우 훌륭함. 양이 적은 사람으로서 먹을 수 있는 것만으로 짜지 않으며 건강식으로 이루어졌으며, 특히 빵의 종류가 정말 많아 빵순이로서는 대만족이었음. 접근성도 좋아 트램으로 웬만한 곳은 다 다님. 다만 첫 날과 두 번째 날엔 말끔한 수건을 주었는데, 세 번째부터 체크아웃하는 5일째까지는 구멍이 있는 수건을 줌. 방음이 제대로 안되므로, 옆방 숙박객에 따라 복불복. 전반적으로는 매우 만족한 숙소임.

Bom quarto, excelente localização.

The room was quite dated. The shower is on the tub but working. The beds are excellent firmness.

The price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. Unfortunately, our first night wasn’t ideal as we could hear every possible noise from the neighbouring rooms, and staff were talking loudly outside our door at 6am, which meant we barely slept. After speaking with reception, they were very understanding and promptly moved us to a different room on the upper floor. From then on, it was peaceful and quiet for the rest of our stay. They were extremely accommodating and ensured the new room matched the standard of the one we originally booked. Supplied us with everything we needed for our stay including slippers as the room has a stone floor . Overall, despite the rocky start, the staff handled the situation well, were very friendly and made sure we had an enjoyable week.

The hotel was outstanding . Beautiful room, staff were extremely helpful, the gym and sauna were fantastic. The breakfast was wonderful and we appreciated the coffee machine in the room. The location was perfect. Short walk to the Charles Bridge and many beautiful sites

Das hotell ist wunderschön aber abgesehen davon war das Personal super nett. Alle waren hilfsbereit, freunlich und aufmerksam. Mir wurden super tipps gegeben was man sich anschaun kann. Mir wurden sogar die tickets für ein museum ausgedruckt, welche ich zuhause nicht ausdrucken konnte. Eine 10/10 Erfahrung! :)

Herşey süperdi, önceden içerisinde mutfak bulunan oda rica etmiştim. Çölyak annesi olarak yemeklerimizi yapabilmek çok güzeldi. Hergün ücretsiz temizlik yapılıyor. Çalışanlar ilgili. Oda çok temiz rahat düzenli ve sıcacıktı. Konum da süperdi . Bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle burada tekrar kalacağım.

Very nice hotel! Very clean and warm in January. The staff was helpful and friendly. 10 min easy walk to the Charles bridge. Just across the bridge from the Czech national theatre. I’ll definitely stay there next time! I 100% recommend this hotel.
