The staff was so welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel. Staff and service was excellent. The restroom was a little tight but very nice as well.

Had a wonderful stay at Kimpton the staff were overly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in the staff was on point. Continued to check on us through out our stay. Restaurant was phenomenal and made the best Espresso martini!!!

The Kimpton was AMAZING!! They have a VERY friendly and accommodating staff. The amenities were great. The location is close to all of the action. My only gripe, if I had to make one, is the governor on the television. Bring a firestick in case it rains, or if you plan on being in your room for a while. 9.5/10 in my book. Highly recommend. I'm definitely coming back!

I stayed here during a girls trip. The other girls were at another hotel but I wanted a room by myself. I felt very safe and happy at this hotel. I walked EVERYWHERE! It was so central while also being in a quite area. The hotel is super chic and offered everything I need to be happy.,, 1) free coffee in the mornings with the option to buy breakfast in a beautiful cafe 2) very comfortable bed 3) modern decor with an art deco flair 4) spacious room 5) 2 nice restaurants with happy hour and events happening every night. I would absolutely come back!

This hotel was awesome. Only complaint is the street noise. At 11pm-1am was really loud revving cars and was super loud even from 5th floor. Otherwise, loved the room, the coffeee shop, the comfy bed etc.

Wonderful room & service

Whenever we’re in New Orleans, we love staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location and offers a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are excellent—especially the Peacock Bar, the King’s Crown Bar, and the on-site coffee bar, all of which add to the overall experience. It’s consistently a wonderful stay, and we truly look forward to coming back every time.

Overall a good experience

The picture of the room i booked wasn't accurate and its been a disaster trying to get proper accommodations. Front desk staff very nice, but not enough staff and long lines and wait times. No lotion in bathroom. Definitely not 4 star.

Excellent

From the moment we arrived, staff were amazing! Our valet driver made sure we knew the cost before choosing that option then happily helped us get a luggage cart and loaded our luggage. The front desk was amazing. Room was clean and we had a view from the 17th floor! Bed was so comfortable. I have lower back issues sometimes and this bed was so nice to sleep in. The hotel had tons of character and we would happily stay again.
