전체 평가 및 리뷰 Victor’s Residenz-Hotel Berlin Mitte

The service was terrible, There was no air conditioner and refrigerator, but the temparature was 37 celsius and the hotel even did not try to provide cold water. The room was full of noise from the streets. I had to enter an ID and PW for the Wifi use at every use. The place was quite far from the main center of the city. it was the worst hotel I stayed.

우선 예약하실분 참고하시라고 먼저 말씀 드려요. 사진에 보면 주니어 스위트에 부엌이 있길래 이 방으로 예약했었는데요, 부엌이 있는 주니어 스위트 룸은 14일 이상 장기 투숙하는 사람들에게만, 그것도 전화로 예약해야만 가능한 방이라고 하더라고요. 부엌 없는 주니어 스위트 룸은 소파도 없고 냉장고도 없고 그냥 휑하게 침대만 있고 비어있는 방만 있으니 참고하세요. 저희는 사진에는 부엌이 있는 줄 알고 예약했는데 어떻게 안되겠냐고 요청해서 부엌있는 방으로 바꿔주긴 했었어요. 호텔직원들은 무척 친절하고 최대한 편의를 봐주려고 하는 편입니다. 조식은 물론 컨티넨탈 식이긴 하지만 맛있었습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 공원이 있어 산책하기 좋고 근처에 슈퍼도 있어 편리해요~ 교통편은 버스 정류장 가깝고요, 호텔 직원한테 물어보면 잘 알려줍니다. 베를린 가면 다시 머물고 싶은 곳이에요!

알렉산더플라츠에서 2정거장 전철이나 4전거장 버스타고가야해서 불편했는데 방크기가 커서 좋았어요! 근데 방에 아무것도 없어서 아쉽기도했어요 good size room but no amenity, no tea or coffee and boil machine even it is winter. Btw breakfast is best! That is very nice. 애들있는 가족끼리 좋을꺼같아요 방이 크고 아침식사가 잘나와서요~! This hotel is good for family because the room size and breakfast is nice.

Great hotel for quiet, peaceful sleeping. Will stay again and highly recommend it. Only one criticism, wish they would close the door next to the outside smoking bench so the 5 floor-high lobby doesn’t fill with cigarette smoke.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Zentrale gelegen. Guter Service und freundlich ander Rezeption. Zimmer sehr gut und geräumig. Frühstück ist auch ganz gut.

I really like this hotel and have stayed here several times. It has a great location with good sized rooms.

Hotel liegt zentral in Berlin in nähe von Strassenbahn. Zimmer ist ok und Bet war super.

Sehr schönes Hotel, relativ ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm und und den Volkspark Friedrichshain. Aus der fünften Etage klasse 👍 Ausblick!! 👍🤓

The property is in a cool neighborhood with plenty to see and do nearby. Without having to go into downtown. They are very strick with check in times. Good staff!

Nice and clean property. Area is safe and transportation options readily available. This hotel is a good option!

This is a very outdated hotel. The room was big but smelled old. Area far from the city centre. Manual key had to leave it at the reception every day. Noisy street.

Es war sehr ruhig.

I have stayed here twice for vacation travel. Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms and comfortable furnishings. The complimentary breakfast was great and the location cannot be beat. The park across the street is great for morning exercise and evening strolls, train accessible, and it's just minutes to the busy hub of Alexanderplatz for shopping, sightseeing, dining and transportation.

Spectacular staff, residence and park nearby. Location, location, location everything from transportation to restaurant and city center with arts at your fingertips!!!

It was a little distance away from Berlin's main attractions, but we were visiting family living there. We did not eat at the hotel, and the bar was closed on Sunday when we would have had a beer or cocktail, but we enjoyed several decent restaurants in the neighborhood. Shopping is also available with many small local shops, but of course, these are all closed on Sundays.
