I bought 2 nights before, when i want to check out front the hotel, i still got to pay 832rmb. Actually i paid already.

The worst service ever!! Lack of english, impolite staff. I booked room with breakfast and they not allow us to have the breakfast, my office send urgent documents and asked to send to my room ASAP but they don't even let me know. Difficult to get a taxi and the staff not helping, the staff ask me to wait almost an hour just to talk to them and ask for them to call the taxi. The worst hotel ever! Never ever come back!
