Beautiful and sage hiking, very helpful staff

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are lovely. There are great restaurants in the town. The only downside was our room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days, even after complaining. There was NOT a “do not disturb” sign on the door!

This property is stunning!! The pictures don't capture the beaty of the are at all. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean. The room was large and comfotable, the pool are is world class, and it has an incredible steps away. The golf course was way better than expected. Great condtion and fun to play with stunning views. The only two issues were that the Point Cardinal (golf shop/restaurant) has a terrrible smell (sewer) so not appetizing to stay for a meal, and the starter (can remember his name) seemed very disorganized, uninterested and unfriendly. I will definetely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to all!

Great hotel and family friendly. Only problem was that we had to demand 4 times for baby cribs for our twins. Finally late in the evening they delivered. Other than that great hotel to spend quality time.

We love this hotel and all it's amenities! The pools, the saunas, the game room, the gym, the bouncy castle, the bikes, etc! It's always a great time with the kids!

Aurait besoin d’être revampé, je comprends qu’on veuille y aller dans le style classique, mais les couloirs ressemble à un RPA. Les draps de notre lit étaient usés et ne représentaient pas la qualité d’un hotel 5 étoiles. Les fauteuils étaient usés et peu confortables, dommage car nous avions une superbe vue sur le fleuve. La qualité de l’eau de la piscine extérieure chauffée était très douteuse. Cependant, tout et quand je tout, je veux dire vraiment tout le personnel de l’établissement sont merveilleux et efficaces!

Pool was ok but a lot of stuff was floating.

The hotel and surrounding are beautiful!!! Lots to do every body….very well maintained…stuff is helpful and kind. The only downside is parking. There is just not enough of it! The people that come just for the casino park in free hotel guest parking area and then the guest are stuck paying 43$ per day for valet parking! Which is not cool! We ended up paying 100$ for 2 nights 3 days stay for valet parking.

Clean room

A very dissapointed stay, the hotel is very old and not well maitained, we had peeling paint in the bathroom, the bottom of the door all damage, it felt like the place is abandonned, no ambiance and very expensive for what it is, The site is beautiful but the rooms are extremely dated, no seperate heating system in the bathroom so vey cold abnd uncomfortable, in short is not up to date and for the price not a good value at all.

Le personnel de l’hôtel était très mêlés pour notre réservation. Ils ont dû faire plusieurs appels. Le serveur du restaurant Le Saint-Laurent a oublié de nous servir nos desserts et il ne s’est pas excusé. Une très longue attente sans excuse.
