Clean room. Nice view. Kind staffs. Everything was perfect!

Safe neighborhood

It was fine for what we needed but the hotel is showing its age. Parking is a nightmare and limited.

The receptionist was very welcoming.

Lovely spot. Nice pool.

No tiene comida ni bebida disponible en la noche, ni para snack y no había nada a corta distancia para ir a comprar. En la noche los alrededores son oscuros, pero la vista en el día es hermosa.

Strong smell.

非常舒适的酒店 位置非常好 可以步行到加拿大历史博物馆 美中不足的有两点 一.停车位紧张 不是酒店原因 是很多游客把车停在了酒店停车场 二，附近餐厅很少

Clean. But , very cheap. Had to argee to get like 2 bottle of water for the bedroom. Coffe machin in rhe lobby was broken. The on the room barley worked

We waited in the lobby from 4.00 (we were there at 3.00) to 5.15 pm to have our room supposedly because of staff shortage

We arrived at 3:30 and the room was not ready. I understand that check in is at 4:00. We left the property and came back at 5:30. When we arrived we were given an extremely small room, there was a very unpleasant odour, stains on the carpet in numerous places in the room and windows were filthy. The room was so small I doubt there was two feet between the bed and dresser. We were extremely disappointed considering we paid $333.28 for the night. Definitely not the room we selected online and paid for. They could not change us rooms as the hotel was full. We then wanted to change hotels and they would not honour the change as per their cancellation policy. As it was a long weekend I know prices are inflated but this was beyond belief price gouging for the room we received. Never again!

The only think I didn’t like is the carpet in the room

Hotel was in a great spot just across the bridge from Ottawa. It was nice to be able to spend the day in the hustle and bustle of the city but then come back to peace and quiet.

Mon mari est tombé dans la douche pour handicapé pas de drainage adéquat et beaucoup d’eau Heureusement pas de blessures

The poor parking caused us issues at night trying to find somewhere to park. We ended up being told to park as close to the building as we could. We had to be swapped to another room due to poor air conditioning. The second room had similar issues. Could not get the temperature to drop lower then 20.5. Definitely an issue for us.
