스튜디오에 저렴하게 숙박했는데, 주방 시설이 모두 갖추어져 있으며 매일 아침은 모두 공짜임. 아침식사를 챙겨 가도 아무도 뭐라 안 함. 모든 사람들이 매우 친절하였음. 뉴욕 맨해튼 시티에서 작은 호텔에서 지내다 여기 오니깐 궁궐 같았음. 모든 것들이 다 잘 갖추어져 있는데 아쉽게도 2박만 하게 되었음.

The staff was very accommodating for my sister and I! She is handicapped and we had a dog and they put us in the perfect room!

Very nice hotel

Had to pay for parking. The hotel was right off the expressway near a movie theater. There were no other options for parking.

The breakfast was delicious. The beds were so soft!

We stayed just overnight, but this by far has been the most wonderful welcome we've ever had at a hotel. Our check in was very easy and our room was ready when we got here. The staff were very friendly, especially Beno (apologies if I spelled the name wrong) who answered ever question we had and explained the hotels charges and amenities so we were well informed. The room was great, had a kitchen and all utensils you may need if you planned to cook. As we only stayed night we didn't use them, but great option for anyone staying for a longer time. I also liked the helpful QR options around the room for various things, as it helped explained things and helped with housekeeping tips, especially for those that don't carry cash.

The breakfast was pretty much the same every day. I don't eat pork. They served the same food every day. Scrambled eggs , pork sausage or pork bacon, Veggie sausage. The toaster didn't work. My stays at previous Residence Inn had free washer and dryer. This one costs. No working shuttle. I didn't drive so I had to walk long distance to find anything. No close grocery store that's walkable. Other than that I loved everything else. Other than the dogs barking it was very quiet. Picture said jacuzzi but no jacuzzi. Pool was extremely small.

The bathtub was dirty and clogged to the point when I was taking a shower the water almost reached all the way up to the top

Would have liked an outdoor pool. I was surprised about the daily parking fee since It was self parking not valet. I also prefer no pets due to my allergies. Otherwise it was sufficient for our family including the free breakfast and cost was reasonable.

All was good.

There were so many questions I had about navigating around the island. EVERYONE I spoke to were helpful and made sure I understood the directions. The quality of service, cleanliness of the room, and overall friendliness of the employees were excellent. It was a pleasure to stay and the Residence.
