First time staying at Grey Gull and wont be the last.. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the property is very close to the beach.

Great spot to rest up. The charm of this hotel is wonderful. The pool area is great and the walk to the beach from the hotel is an adventure that will make you feel young again.

The Grey Gull offers a comfortable and laid back ocean experience. It is an older hotel with some units more updated than others, but I personally find that to be nostalgic as I have been coming here since childhood and overall it felt clean and suitable for a family vacation. The outdoor pool and hot tub are always enjoyed by our family and I really appreciate that they provide pool towels. I also appreciate the complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar.

I like that the property had a swimming pool and a hot tub and indoors had a sauna. I also enjoyed the fact that we had a full apartment with a bedroom and a kitchen, so we could make our own meals. My only comment that would be considered negative is that the property is dated and needs to be refreshed. Otherwise it’s a really good place to stay while you’re in Ocean Shores.

The staff is the friendliest we've ever experienced! Everyone smiles and says hello, asks about our day, and wishes us well. So uncommon for the post-covid era, yet so delightful.

This is our go-to place, our favorite property to stay at when we visit ocean shores, it has kitchenettes and the pool and hot tub are always enjoyable and plenty warm, we will always stay here anytime we visit Ocean Shores

The Grey Gull was great, the surrounding area was not very appealing, a few tourists trap stores and not many food options, hours of business in area are very early.

Very nice location with an easy hike to the beach. The room we stayed in was very nicely decorated with a good kitchen setup. Clean and well maintained. The grounds and the pool are also nicely maintained. Good dining options within walking distance.

Quick check in, very clean and updated. Appreciated the full kitchen and all amenities. Had a very lovely time and great night's sleep! New restaurant nearby (Rusty Anchor in front of Polynesia) was quite good.

Unlike a regular hotel the Grey Gull feels like home. The rooms are very nicely decorated, very clean and we always come back every year we love it here so much. We highly recommend!

Our favorite place to stay at Ocean Shores! It's clean, has friendly staff, and its nice and quiet. We like the people who work there, and the pool and the outdoor fire place. We will going there again!!

Check-in was so fast and simple and we had a great stay.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub were clean, quiet atmosphere

It looks older, but inside the rooms are so comfortable. It doesnt overlook the beach, but theres a pathwsy to the beach that is beautiful and about .46 miles. The beach is easy to walk once you get on it. To the north and south of it you can drive your vehicle on the beach. Beautiful sunset watching there.

Love having our own little kitchen and living room for the family to spend time together. Very clean, beautiful property and very pet friendly

The staff was very friendly and the accomodations clean. We enjoyed the pool area. The fire pit was a great touch that we never used but will next time.

Stay here everytime we go to the ocean. I absolutely love it here. Its always quiet... although i wish the house keepers were a bit more quiet in the mornings. The rooms are amazingly beautifully and the scenery is beautiful
