프리미엄스위트에 숙박했습니다 더할나위없이 만족했습니다 하지만 체크아웃날 1시간레이트 체크아웃을 요청했지만 백인단발아줌마는 칼같이 거절하셨네요 그래도 그리고 스윗객실 4박한 손님에게 1시간도 어렵나 서운했어요 마지막 체크아웃후 나갈때 정문로비 남자직원들은 다 놀고 마르신 여자직원분이 짐싣는거 도와주시는데 너무 불편했어요 진정한 남녀평등이 실현되는건가요

빅아일랜드 내 최고의 호텔 중 하나로 실내 시설도 매우 깔끔하고, 호텔 바로 앞의 바다도 최고인 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 골프도 최고였고요. 다음에 빅아일랜드를 방문하면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

편의점이 전혀없음. 골프 끝나고 간단하게 먹을 곳이 없음. 골프장은 훌륭함. 생각한것 보다는 별루였음

호텔 자체는 리퍼비시가 필요한 오래된 호텔이나 엘리베이터 외에는 크게 아쉬운점은 없음. 이정도 등급의 호텔치고 코인 세탁기가 있는 점은 큰 장점이라 생각됨. 헬기투어나 천문대 투어하는 스팟과 가까워 좋으나 기타 다른 곳을 투어하기엔 조금 위치가 좋지못함. 하지만 렌트카를 이용할 계획이라면 큰 문제는 아니며 오히려 조용하고 해변도 한산하고 호텔 이용객만 있어 호텔에서 휴양하기엔 매우 좋음. 주변이나 호텔 내 식당/바 운영시간이 제한적이나 룸서비스가 비싸지 않고 음식 질도 괜찮음. 가족단위보다 커플이 많이 찾는다고 들어가는 길에 택시기사 아줌마가 말해줬는데 정말 거의 그랬음. 시끄럽지 않고 좋은 시간 보냈음.

깔끔하고 조용한 곳이었습니다. 조식도 훌륭하고 모든 사람들이 친절하였습니다.

직원분등 정말 친절했고, 환영하는 분위기라 기분이 좋았음. 깨끗하개 유지하고 있다는 인상받았고, 발렛파킹이 리조트fee에 포함되어있너서 부담이 적었다. 자쿠지도 많고, 수영장도 조용하고, 꼭 다시가보고픈 호텔! 자전거를 빌릴수 있어서 좋았다.

종업원들이 친절하고 특히 canoe house 음식이 맛있었음. Beach와 마주하고 있고 골프장 주변으로 산책가능. 특히 바다와 인접한 골프코스가 2개있어 골프도 같이 즐길수 있어 좋았음.

A clean, private hotel with a pristine private beach. Its signature restaurant, the Canoe House is worth a visit as the food is nice with a beautiful scenery. Staffs were quite friendly. And the spa is also one of a kind experience.

I’m almost afraid to review this place because it was so nice and I don’t want others to know about it. The place was beautiful. The room was clean and well-equipped ed. They have self-serve laundry on site with four washing machines and dryers. The staff was wonderful. Only downside is all the food options close early (around 9) so be prepared for that. there is a grocery store down the street though so you can stock up there. The beach was nice. It was wonderful Would definitely stay again.

When checking in I was offered an upgrade to the room. Agent was not clear on cost. She said she could offer it at 50% discount and showed us a price not saying it was per night or with all other fee's that go along with it. I thought the price was the total amount for the stay. I was extremely shocked at check out and disappointed. The same agent basically said you signed for it and don't let the door hit you on the way out. We have enjoyed your resort, resorts for many years. This is the last time we will ever come to Mauna Lani. I can't believe I'm even taking the time to write this, that's how disappointed we are. J. We stayed for a week with family and had an amazing time

Lovely place to stay with nice touches and great amenities and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Loved the property! Loved the hotel, the beds, the restaurants were wonderful. Drinks are $25-$30 per drink which seem excessive.

Hands down the best possible experience we could have asked for. You get what you pay for and then some!

Service from check-in to bag handling to cleanliness to addressing personal questions and requests was great.

The property itself and location were excellent. The canoe house and family pool were good. The poolside service was inconsistent. Also not sure why they have a “surf shack” with no waves.

Words cannot express how amazing this resort is!!! Our experience staying at the Mauna Lani was beyond excellent! The resort is absolutely gorgeous, nestled on Big Island's west side surrounded by superb views of the coast, volcanos and nearby lava rock fields. The grounds are absolutely stunning, the facilities are top notch with lots of attention to detail and the property has a nice white sand beach in a bay where lots of wildlife seem to congregate (we saw 5 sea turtles in the water one morning!). The views of the sunset here are amazing and can be seen either from the beach, walking along the walkway riding along the coast or from the beautiful pools on property. The resort is pretty remote from a lot of places, and we needed 2 1/2 hours to drive down to Volcanoes National park but being so isolated and disconnected was the best! Our room was an oceanfront room with a beautiful view looking west (sunsets here were amazing to see to!). We found the room very luxurious, roomy and clean. The fine dining restaurant Canoe House was excellent in terms of the taste & quality of the food and the service, plus the resort has a bar near the pools and a little market for buying lots of snacks and drinks. We recommend this hotel to anyone staying on Big Island!!!

We had a heavenly stay here to celebrate our anniversary. Hope to make it back in the future for a subsequent getaway.
