기차역에서 도보로 가기에는 다소 멈.버스이용이 용이(산타마리아노벨라역에서 1번버스이용 추천-버스정류장이 호텔과 2분거리임).미리 예약해서 가격은 저렴하나 도시세가 비쌈(2인 8박에 49유로.참고로 베네치아 4성급호텔이 7박에 22유로였음).조식은 정말 맛없음.대부분 먹지않음.조식비용을 빼면 숙박료가 싼것도 아님.

A good 3 star hotel. Very nice staff and clean rooms.

The reception morning man was excellent. The breakfast man, not so good. He burnt the croissants. I was 1 minute early, and he told me to wait. For 3 days he didn't give me a fork to eat with!

Staff were great, however the room was a bit rough. One electrical outlet worked and was getting bit up by bugs. We were at street level however.

It was just a short walk from the square and was so charming! I wish I would have had more time here, and the staff were so sweet and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great place and staff

Booked a quad - it was a two bedroom suite. It was great with lots room! Loved it! Francesca at the front desk was very helpful with information and was very personable!

Every member of staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The room was a good size well decorated and very clean. Only a 15 minute walk from the station and 10 minutes to the duomo. Enjoyed our stay. thank you

When we first got our room, we were not happy. It was very small, old and noisy from being on a blvd where motorcycles loudly drive by. I had booked 2 rooms (one for us and one for our relatives) when I saw their room, on the other side of hotel, I immediately went back to reception to request a room change to one like them. 😊 Francesca immediately understood and happily moved us to the room next to my brother, because it was empty! Which happened to be an upgrade as well. That move made all the difference in our trip. She was very helpful during our stay and we really appreciate her great service and awesome personality. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee 👏

A lot of noise. You can hear everything that happens inside and outside the hotel. Other than that, great staff and great location.

Unfortunately, the restroom was not well-maintained. A bath mat or towels were never replaced. We enjoyed the coffee in the room only once. They never replace the coffee or took the dirty cups away.
