들어가자마자 방이 너무 작고 이미지와 달라서 실망했음. 대체적으로 룸 안 물건들이 오래되었음을 느꼈고 (지저분한 커피포트, 새햐얗지 않은 수건 등), 어매니티가 빈약했다.룸 컨디션도 평범 이하였다. 일단 방이 너무 작아서 캐리어를 두개 피는 것은 절대 불가.. 잠시 오후에 쉬러 호텔에 들르면 내내 공사 때문에 시끄러워서 조용히 쉬는 것은 불가능했다. 길게 숙박을 했음에도 마지막에 드는 생각은 이 호텔은 4성급이 아니며, 그에 대한 서비스 역시 기대하지 못했다는 것이다. 그냥 작은 부티크 호텔이었다. 호텔의 위치만 아주 좋음. 그러나 그건 호텔의 서비스와는 아무런 상관이 없는 조건이다. 이 모든 후기를 이렇게 자세하고 부정적으로 쓰는 데에는 리셉션의 불친절함이 절대적으로 작용했다. 호텔 룸카드를 하나만 주는 것도 이해가 안되었지만, 잠시 나갈 때조차 프론트에 카드를 맡기고 다녀야 하는 것이 정말 불편했다. 카드를 줄 때마다 시큰둥한 반응 역시 마찬가지. 원래 예약했던 날짜에서 2박이 남은 상태로 체크아웃을 하는데도 불구하고, 어떠한 질문이나 코멘트 없이 '결제는 다 되었으니까 문제없다'는 식의 말이나 하고, 시티세 결제만 요구하는 자세는 호텔리어로서 자격이 없다고 생각함. 본인들이 호텔리어라고 생각이나 하는지는 모르겠지만.

Good Location. Fairly clean condition. Yet poor services. I could not use safety box for 7 days and they did not fix it. And some staffs talked behind us in sarcastic ways.

Perfect Paris location. Around the corner from so many outdoor cafes, wonderful restaurants and shopping. VERY French hotel with service extraordinare. Rooms are furnished very Parisian as are the public areas. This is NOT a Hilton/Marriott/chain hotel! Such charm.

Perfect location, extremely helpful staff. We felt very well cared for. The hotel is very quiet and understated. The rooms were quite generous for Paris.

Lovely old hotel in a wonderful, safe neighborhood. Staff was warm and friendly. Accommodations were roomy with a very nice sitting area apart from the bedroom. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were great, attentive and responsive. The cleaning could have been better as it didn’t look like there was always a lot of effort made in the bathroom.

Hotel Saints-Peres was a comfortable respite at the end of our trip through Europe as we spent 3 nights in Paris to unwind before returning to the U.S. That it provided in spades on a less commercial street just off Blvd Saint Germaine. The beautiful maintained small courtyard provided a feel of serenity. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk and staff didn't scoff at temporarily storing the suitcase of our fellow traveler who was not staying at the property. We loved the comfortable bed, elegant windows which we could open a crack, and a rich, wonderful old desk in our room. What a difference between the US where hotels need frequent room updates to replace splintered laminated furniture, etc. For us the cost was a little higher than we normally spend but by Paris standards, Saints-Peres might rate as low-end luxury which was plenty good for us.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Have now stayed here multiple times.
