Hotel is getting run down. The cleaning standards are terrible. We found candy and toy in the main area that weren't very visible if the person cleaned the floor. There was a bunch of toilet paper on the base of the toilet. The sticker from the crotch of a bathing suit was stuck to the middle of the wall in bathroom. None of this was ours.

There was bloody boogers smeared all over th walls and in the bathroom by the toilet paper dispenser was what might have been glue or gel smeared all over but it looked a lot like boogers and crumbs all over the floor as soon as we walked into our room and took off all our shoes and socks to go down to the pool. Couldn’t even walk around in our own room without crumbs clinging to our feet. Very disappointed. One of our coffee cups was already opened the cellophane wrapper. Was starting to really question if I should even attempt to make a coffee in the Keurig in the room. Not impressed at all.

Pool hours were not managed well. Closed waterslides half an hour before closing pool. Pool was also open 10 min later. Rude waterpark staff. When calling the front desk for more towels due to pool not having any which how do you run out. Took an hour for additional towels. No bag in room for laundry which is handy for wet clothes. Went to front desk to ask for one and was given garbage bags (too thin)

The first room we were given had pet hair all over the floors it got on our clothes and socks, I complained to the front desk and asked someone to come and clean our room properly, but the desk attendant said nobody will be cleaning the room so I hung up. Then I got a phone call back saying we’re being moved to a different room. We got settled in but quickly noticed the noise from the pool was very loud. Constant screaming and yelling from people inside the pool area, and as we were about to sleep at 10pm after the screaming stopped, we heard people through the vents being absurdly loud. On top of everything inside the hotel, my partners suv got broken into during the night.

This hotel needs some serious Reno’s. The rooms were filthy dirty. They were so dirty we couldn’t shower in our room. Pools were COLD. The pools are nice yes, however you have to be able to enjoy swimming without turning blue!

Room was 14 degrees curtains didn’t close entirely cold draft obvious from both windows Room changed next day TV channel quit and turned off tv.. I managed to get it going Was not a good stay

Great staff - very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean a little outdated and could use a touch up here and there - the lack of plug ins were a little annoying but room was good enough. Of course the water park was grat for the kids.

Great staff, wonderful pool and hot tub

This hotel lacked cleanliness, there was hair in our beds, the floor was sticky and dirty.

Our first room was filthy! My shoes stuck to the floor, the toilet seat had someone’s pee on it, there was hair in the bed and the phone to call downstairs to change our room was covered in something nasty!!! There were 3 computers in the lobby and 3 staff members standing there but only one person could help the guests causing a line up all the time. After we got to our second room I tried to settle my kids and there were many disturbances outside our room. After check out I called the hotel to see if we left an item behind and no one at the hotel could help us. Nor were there any manager staff there to help. Everyone kept saying that’s not my department can’t do anything. Never have I stayed at a hotel so unhelpful!!! Zero customer service at this hotel!!! And for the price I paid I expected more.

Very clean/modern room. Staff were super friendly.

The staff at check in and out were friendly. The room however was not the greatest. The bed was sunken in and not comfortable. Quiet time is 10 or 11 p.m. but the first night I was there I got no sleep because people were banging in the hallways and yelling and swearing all hours of the night. Second night was a little quieter but not much. And the third night again I kept getting woken up by banking and yelling in the halls. The pools were decent. My daughter had fun on the slides so that was a bonus. My room could have been cleaned more as there were spill stains on the base of the bed frames. They definitely need to do some renovations or touch ups because my walls had a bunch of paint chips and dings all over the place. They expect a $50 incidental deposit (per night) yet my walls were damaged upon arrival. I made sure to take pictures with time stamps in case I need to prove they were not caused by me. Otherwise the stay was ok..

Good staff, easy check in

The room was ok, but the staff on the desk did stink a little bit, they should use the shower more often and probably sam deodorant or parfum at the front desk. 😀

I had a good experience at Travelodge Saskatoon. The front desk were nice and very accomodating.The housekeeper who cleaned our room did an amazing job during our stay. Amenities are great especially the pool. I would definitely recommend this. Affordable yet amazing service.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, our waitress wasn't the best, little loud and run down in spots. Kids had fun, water park is amazing

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable The rooms were clean. Themed room was amazing! Pool was great, it’s quite busy since many families are staying but there are 2 sections. One for the water slides and one for the pool and splash park. Beds are okay. Neither Bad or Good. The restaurant wasn’t my favourite. Food was something I could make at home but the service was excellent Overall I would recommend staying here
