It was, without a doubt the worst experience I have had, especially in an hotel that claims to have 4 Stars! It was dirty from the entrance throughout. The room was dirty. I don't think it has been properly cleaned for years. The sheets were clean, a miracle I'm sure. There were stains on the closet door. I moved the bedside table to access the power point and had to clean all the dirt away first. I wiped down all the surfaces and was appalled by the dirt. The bathroom, was disgusting. The bath itself has Never been properly cleaned, it was coated in grime. The presence of mould is everywhere. In fact, I believe there are only two ways to deal with the Very Severe problem you have there. 1: is to get Specialized Forensic Cleaners, who usually clean up after murders. Or 2: Tear the place down and start again. You should probably seriously consider number 2. As with all bad news, this will get around so much more than anything good about the place. And right now the only good thing was it's proximity to where I needed to be.

When my deposit money will return?

Bathroom floor tiles cracked, bathroom basin cracked, rest of the room was old & tired, rest of hotel dirty, needs a good clean only thing going for it was convenient for what I needed, bed was ordinary.
