내부 시설이 낡았는데 제대로 정비하지 않은 상태이고 청소를 했다고 하는데 머리털이나 오물 등 남아 있는 상태

Our stay at Decapolis Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a fantastic location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until the day we left. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Panama. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Decapolis Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality hotel with exceptional service.Unfortunately, our experience at Petit Bistro was extremely disappointing. The restaurant brought me the wrong meal. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that kitchens can get busy. However, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff repeatedly insisted that I had ordered the wrong dish, even though the food they served did not match the menu description or what I had ordered before. This made me feel as though I didn't understand the menu, rather than simply admitting there had been an error. Only later did they apologize, explaining that the kitchen was very busy and had made a mistake. By that point, I had already paid for the incorrect meal and left.

Staff was pleasant and welcoming

yo fuí de viaje de negocios, y la verdad las habitaciones muy grandes, pero antiguas. el desayuno un poco justo, y además había muchísima gente. Pero el personal encantador y muy amable.

I had a wonderful stay at Decapolis Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great view. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. I would definitely recommend Decapolis Hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.

Hotel sucio, no hacen limpieza completa de la habitación. Elevadores que loquean y 8 de cada 10 empleados sin cordialidad. Aparte que expedía no hizo bien la reservación y me mandó a otro hotel sin notificarme, dejándome a la deriva sin hotel. Tuve que quedarme con alguien más . El desayuno bueno, no genial pero no malo. Terrible experiencia.

Muy bonito el hotel excelente atención

No conservaron nuestra reservación, nos dijeron que la agencia nos trasladó a otro hotel, en realidad fueron ellos. Incluso al llegar al otro sitio nos dijeron que habían mandado a cancelar la reservación. Uno escoge un lugar por ubicación y ellos lo cambian a uno como si fuese mercadería, y de paso no dicen que fueron ellos. No fuimos los únicos 25 huéspedes fueron trasladados según nos dijeron en el hotel alternativo, en algunos casos ni les avisaron

Desayuno super bueno. Excelente ubicación con acceso exclusivo al Mall a través de un puente peatonal. Cerca de Avenida Balboa donde se ve el mar. Lo único fue que éramis 3 huéspedes y siempre dejaban 2 qguas y 2 toallas y había q estar llamando para que subieran 1 más.

It was ok for the most part

The hotel is advertised as having a gym and spa. Upon arriving, both gym and Spa were under construction, which is fine, except that there was not information posted about it. I reserved the hotel based on that amenity
