주요관광지가 도보접근 가능한 위치. 아담하고 청결하고 아늑한 호텔. 프론트직원들도 친절하게 주변을 잘 설명해주었습니다. 다시가도 재방문합니다.

Nice location and very kind staff. Parking space is quite limited and the entrance for car park was very narrow so, would be better to park in public parking space 30m away from there.

Very cozy room, perfectly clean, silent and peaceful. Staff at the dront desk very helpful and warm welcoming.

There was a list minute change of location and the hotel provided excellent notice of the change and provided a very smooth experience in accomodating us

Very nice hotel on a quiet side street, but very convenient to all Bruges has to offer. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. But there are plenty of places to eat within a five minute walk.

It was a wonderful place to stay, close to the Market yet far enough away to avoid the noise.

It’s a good hotel in a great location. Staff at the front desk were helpful albeit a little stretched at busy times so may need more staff to help them during peak periods. Overall a good stay, but I think it needs a few extra touches to claim its 4 star rating. The rooms are nice but you can hear absolutely everything through the door, walls and ceiling which leads to a very disruptive sleep. Also no robes in the room which would have been nice. No free bottle of water in room etc. These are extras for a standard hotel, but I’d expect to see them in a 4 star hotel.

So conveniently located, clean and safe. My room in the top of the annex had a lovely view. Comfy bed, helpful staff.
