Friendly staff, spacious clean room and a well stocked breakfast.

I was shocked when I entered my room and smelled musty. I think must have cleaned the carpet, it was damp and the whole room was like sleeping in a damp shower. I ask about breakfast when I booked the place and was told 6am it opens. Only to find out it was 7am on the weekend and I had to leave each morning by 6:20. Very disappointed.

First, the air conditioner only worked ok and it was very hot and humid outside! The king size bed was hard. But worst of all, we got back to our room after a long day out and they had not cleaned our room. We called the front desk four times before they answered and asked why our room had not been cleaned? We said could you at least take our dirty towels and bring us clean ones? They said we have to come down to the desk and get our own towels! When we did go down to get the towels there was no one there and we had to wait.

Overall it was pretty good. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the area during check in, breakfast and checking out. Our room was also cleaned and I like the brand of the shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. I also like the dark make up towel that gave a unique touch and well thought out.

In a good area and easy to get to the highway

OVERALL GOOD STAY. A LITTLE LOUD WITH THE HIGHWAY.

I loved the staff and hotel and room!! The only thing I can say that would improve it is that as 5 guests in the suite it has no blanket for the 5th person and only 3 code cups and 4 kcups and towels. Not set up for the 5 guests in the room. Other than that it was really nice.

The little sitting area in the lobby was really nice to be able to sit and coverse with family.
