Staff was so lovely! Our rooms were clean but there were issues. We had a 2-bedroom suite. One of the bedrooms had no functional outlets beside the bed. The other had only one functional outled. We notified the hotel and was told management would be notified in the morning. It was not addressed during our stay.

Talia at front desk is amazing. The rest of the staff are as well friendly people rooms are clean, peaceful very spacious. Everything that you would have at home is here. They never disappoint.

No, the room was not in good codition. The first room the toilet wasn't working. We had to get a new room. The 2nd room the toilet was working but the floors were dirty. It needs some updating. The bathroom on the first floor had a horrible bad odor as ypu walk by to getbto the elevator. Its pretty old snd outdated. The staff was really attentive and courteous. The location amazing.

I stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Atlanta for a vacation, and the booking was made through Expedia. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was very frustrating. When we arrived, the hotel’s system was down, and it took more than an hour to complete the check-in process. Because of this delay, we missed plans we had scheduled after check-in, which was disappointing, especially after traveling. The staff mentioned it was a system issue, but there was no clear timeline or proactive resolution during the wait. That said, once we were checked in, everything else was fine. The room was clean, the stay was comfortable, and there were no other major issues during our visit. Overall, the stay itself was okay, but the long and poorly handled check-in experience definitely impacted our first day and overall impression. I hope the hotel improves its process and communication during system outages to avoid this for future guests.

This hotel location is good but after one day my card stopped working and I need to ask the staff again to activate.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. This is our second time, we stayed for a little over a week. Came back to the same cleanliness and great service. I definitely recommend this hotel suite for a family vacation and or a business trip.

Great breakfast, great location, great size of the rooms, needs some updates as far as bathroom and furniture

Hotel was in good shape. Bathroom could have been updated. A little hallways were a little smelly but I think they had a leak of some kind office staff very efficient and friendly and morning breakfast very good.

Didn't like the 2 extra charges on my account without an explanation. I did like they are a pet friendly hotel. The open, walk-in shower was nice.

Fantastic area for shopping, dining. Very close to and easy to drive to Ameris Ampitheater. Only COMPLAINT I have is our two bedroom unit had 3 tv sets but only one was fully functioning. Of the others, one had NO volume at all and the other was missing the remote control so could not use either one. By the time our event was over it was too late to bother the staff about it.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is quiet, and is friendly. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had the amenities for a comfortable stay. They also have a pretty good breakfast every morning. I was able to cook meals with ease in the double burner stove and the room comes with necessary kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Wpuld stay again!

This property was clean and I loved that it was quiet after 10:00 pm. The other guests were respectful.

Property was close to the Avalon Shopping area and convenient to Ameris Bank Ampitheater.

Stayed with family for an eventful ATL weekend; location was close enough to MARTA to commute into the city without other stuff going on. Great property and staff as well.
