Todo estuvo excelente

la habitación la utilizo un cliente mio acompañado de su esposa, con quise que dar bien y su esposa y resulta que el hotel terrible que olía a demasiada humedad y la cama super dura que mejor se retiraron del lugar y se fueron a otro hotel por lo que me vi pagando una mejor opción.

Mi estancia fue de domingo a viernes, y dos días cerraron la alberca por accidentes fecales, sé que no es culpa del personal pero sí que buscarán la manera de ser más estrictos para el ingreso a la alberca

Habitación limpia y vista a la playa, ideal para familias

Aunque no había muchas opciones para niños siempre nos ayudaron con diferentes opciones y alternativas

The hotel is dated but authentic and very clean! The staff are all wonderful very friendly and hard working to make the stay enjoyable! The beach is beautiful

Nice friendly reaort

The beach view was amazing, so many good sunsets during our stay. The staff were the best thing about this resort. They were so kind and welcoming. Definitely family friendly.

Was disappointed in our room only because we did have a ocean view as per say. We did see the bay from our balcony if we leaned over over

The staff is perfect. We did have a few hiccups in the Italian restaurant. We got charged extra for a soiled blanket. Cold showers everyday and no ac for the first 2 days. The staff again was amazing during the unrest in Puerto Vallarta. They worked double shifts and couldn't get home to their families. They then worked again the next day.

Very unaccommodating resort. We had two rooms with 4 adult kids (21, 20, 19, 19) and arrived at 9 am (Westjet) in the morning and they made us feel very unwelcome. They said we couldn’t get our all-inclusive wrist bands until noon which we understood but they actually chased all 6 of us off their property when we were down at the beach/pool which the front desk said was ok to be at as long as we didn’t drink or eat until we had our arm bands. When we went to go home, our flight was at 9 pm (Westjet) so we were getting picked up at at 7 pm by the prearranged shuttle… our flight then got delayed to leave at 2am. Checkout is at noon so our options were to pay 515 peso until 5 pm or 1490 peso until 6:30 pm. No other options… we were prepared to pay extra but it wasn’t even a possibility. One of our rooms toilets on fourth floor had to be plunged every day to let it flush. Resort is very tired.

Great staff! Pools were great for kids and adults with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach area is also good. Good food with great service in the restaurants.

Las habitaciones ya estan deterioradas

Room key cards are a pain. Pretty well had to have it reprogrammed every day. Hit & miss whether you had hot water or not. Face cloths are like gold there I think. Had to ask for them every day. Staff is great, but no doubt about it some people are treated better than others. Guess it depends on how much you tip.

Room was not the room we were suppose to get. We had booked King room.with balcony, we got Queen room with balcony staring at brick wall no view. No air conditioning for 3 days, all clothes, sheets, towels were wet. Nothing would dry after that, couldnt sleep. Always told 2 hours it would be fixed. Front staff ignored you if you complained. Had to beg for bottled water, only 2 per room per day. Serving staff were wonderful only reason we enjoyed ourselves. Would never recommend

Very clean, our ocean front suite was a great size. The staff were incredible. The food was good, even our 6 year old was able to find favorites at each meal. Older resort needing a refresh yes, but it was a fabulous stay and we would certainlynrecommend thisbresort for families. The kids clud was great. Our kido loved it and Africa, the lady who ran it was amazing.
