리조트 시설은 최근 리모델링을 한듯하여 깔끔하고 좋아요. 다만 야롱완에서 시내가 많이 멀고, 리조트 안 부대시설이 딱히 많지 않아 다음 싼야 방문때는 대동해 쪽에서 묵으려고 힙니다.

전반적인 서비스가 너무 좋았지만 호텔 방 안에서 음식을 먹은 후에는 바로바로 씻어서 치워야 됨 !! 콜라를 마시고 잠깐 책상 위에 나뒀더니 콜라 주변으로 개미떼가 등장해서 너무 놀랬음 ㅠㅠ.. 방에 바람도 시원하게 잘 들어오고 전망도 좋아서 출장으로 왔지만 잠깐이나마 휴가 온 느낌이 듬

비싼가격 값을 해요. 근데 바닷가라 그런지 방에 습기가 좀 차있는 느낌이에요. 묵는데는 지장없고 그냥 좀 습습한 냄새와 기분정도? 이전에 도심 힐튼에 있다가 여기로 왔는데 훨씬 좋아요. 조식도 더 맛있고요. 근데 가지볶음이나 볶음류 한두개는 고수가 있을 수 있으니 싫어하시는 분들은 볶음류를 조심하세요. 근처 백화구 몰이 택시 기본요금이라 위치도 좋아요. 네이버 블로그 추천 맛집은 건너편이고 거기도 가봤는데 일행중에 중국 향신료 싫어하는 친구가 있어서 맛있게는 못먹었어요. 근데 건너편 백화구몰 입구에 사진 속 집에 해산물 먹으러 갔는데 고수만 빼달라고 해도 다 맛있더라구요.

주변에 5성급 호텔이 많았지만, 그중 최고의 시설과 주변환경을 가진 곳이라 생각합니다. 조식도 아주 훌륭했고, 교통도 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 마트도 있고 밤새 오픈하여 좋았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.

최고의 호텔, 최고의 서비스! 중국의 스케일을 제대로 보고 왔습니다. 가든이며 로비며 호텔 부지가 어마어마하게 크고 잘 가꿔져 있습니다. 개인 비치가 너무 깨끗하고 아름답고 (프라이빗 비치라 시끄러운 단체 손님 없이 여유롭게 쉬고 즐길수 있어서 너무 좋습니다), 풀도 깨끗하게 잘 관리하고, 풀 사이드 서비스도 좋습니다. 호텔 음식은 비싸지만 맛은 최상급입니다. 아침 뷔페 메뉴가 매우 다양하고 조금씩 바뀝니다. 제일 감동 받은 부분은 서비스. 호텔 직원들이 거의 다 영어를 구사 할줄 알고, 항상 웃고 있으며, 필요를 전부 다 채워줍니다. 감동 받고 돌아온 여행이었습니다.

경치와 주변시설은 좋은데 가격이 비쌈.

The staff are super friendly and support you the way you want. Great places for family vacation

WiFi connection strong. Hotel room neat and tidy. Check in and out were smooth and quick. Beach was clean. A few pools for people to choose from. Breakfast was not bad but too busy at peak times that the hotel is struggling to manage. Staff were mostly very friendly. Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant but their champagne glasses had a toxic smell which is totally unacceptable.

We checked in and was given a room on the second floor but smoking was allowed on the floor but we were promised an uppgrade to a non smoking floor on the next day. Not really an upgrade only moving 2 floors up. The room was Ok but the breakfast area needs some TLC and staff knowledge of English was quite bad. The pool area which is quite big needs a complete renovation, a lot of things have been fixed by plastic padding. The food at the Japanese restaurant is good but you need to find the right waiter to fix the wine, the first night we got recomended a nice white from NZ and when we came back a few days later another waitress said they sold the last bottle so started looking for something else and a new waiter came and asked about the wine and he had another look and found another bottle. So you just need to find the right waiter. The Fish bar by the beach is nice for lunch and dinner and try the local shrimp ans fish. Also good service but sometime language challanges.

Got a good package deal with a really nice Japanese dinner included. Breakfast is good quality. Only thing was my "upgrade" that went to a higher level floor, but overlooking a maintenance area instead of the ocean view. Also had the AC machines ontop of my balcony who made a lot of noice.. I was already settled and unpacked when I noticed this unfortunately. Staff is very friendly and service minded. Beach is clean and I highly recommend this resort.
