Left at 6:05am. No breakfast was set out. Even though it was suppose to start at 6:00am

Room was nice, but the bed was TERRIBLE. Staff was nice. Be careful walking around outside. The homeless in Columbia are terrible. They are so many, and they just sleep and camp where ever. This is not the fault of the hotel, it just is what it is.

I got sideswiped by a utility truck when it was leaving their parking lot

Disappointed in the breakfast options. Cold cereal and not what I expected for a super 8. Also we were two rooms from guest laundry and someone was doing laundry at 6 am. No real blanket on the bed. Very disappointed for a Super 8

I knew for the price I would get what I get, but it was frustrating that the floor was so dirty and there was a lot of lack luster things like there being no comforter and dirty top cover. By the time I realized that it was already late and I just wanted to sleep.

Hotel felt damp in the hallway and was poorly lit. No complimentary coffee and mattress was thin.

Bed bugs and mice. Staff did nothing to fix this,

Pretty good for the price. Bathroom was dated and tub dripped, but clean. Breakfast was minimal and by 7:30 the coffee was empty and not refilled. If i have to visit the rea again, I’ll still likely stay there.

Friendliness of management handicap unit was very good, really enjoyed shower being so accessible

Very nice lady at reception. Answered all of my questions graciously. Clean room, comfortable bed. I slept like a baby...

Other than the toilet leaking from the fittings all over the bathroom floor, not bad. Room was otherwise as expected
