뷰는 정말 끝내줍니다! 쏘렌토와 지중해, 저 멀리 나폴리와 베수비오산까지 날씨가 좋으면 매우 잘 보이고 환상적인 뷰를 자랑합니다! 테라스가 있는 룸으로 선택했는데 룸 컨디션도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 샤워실도 훌륭했고 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 매우 친절하고 레스토랑 가격이나 맛도 괜찮아요! 단지, 다른 방들이 문들 닫는 소리 등의 방음이 좀 불편하고요, 읍내(?)에서부터 짐이 많다면 걸어오는데 시간이 조금 걸려요- 이 경우 택시를 타야하는데 짧은 거리에 20유로 이상을 받아요 ㅠㅠ 매우 비쌉니다. 걸을만하니까 왠만함 걸으세요! 화장실에서 살짝 하수구 냄새 올라오구요. 제가 머무른 방에서는 와이파이가 터지지 않아서 로비에서 주로 이용해야 하는 불편함이 있었어요. 그 외에는 모두 좋습니다^^

Great view of Sorrento & the water. The property itself was very well maintained and had two great outdoor terraces to relax on. The rooftop pool was never too busy & was a great escape from the bustle of the city. Would stay here again.

Property amazing. The best…. Unfortunately the front desk staff on July 21/2026 responsible for check out was very unprofessional and very nasty . I’m not remembering his name, he push out outside the hotel at 11.00am with not respect. We know check out is at 11.00am, we was ready in the hotel lobby at 11.00am, but we were as seated in the lobby waiting for our car because hotel Parking in another location because no space in the parking lot. He approached us and say “ YOU NEED TO GO NOW….:: very inappropriate.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The decor was attractive and it was lovely to have meals on the outdoor terrace with a view down to Sorrento and the ocean. Staff were all friendly and helpful I enjoyed the saxophonist, and the pianist,playing on the terrace in the evening

Very good hotel with an excellent view. Nice and friendly staff. Fantastic bar for aperitivo or after sunset drinks. Ok pool area but no beach access . Just a short walk to the city center.

Beautiful hotel , wonderful breakfast in a very walkable part of Sorrento near everything. Breakfast was amazing! Will definitely be back…

Tout etait tres bien,sauf les infos sur le parking. Il faut avoir une petite voiture et non pas un suv . De plus les voitures sont garees ailleurs et cela coûte 25 euros par jour .vous le decouvrez en arrivant.

The room, the staff, the location and the food were fantastic! The room, so comfy and much bigger than expected, the view from our balcony was beautiful, the staff could not do enough for us and the food?? One of the best dinners I had during my 19 day visit to Italy. The breakfast items available were delicious and so many options. They even had fresh honeycomb for their delicious bread. I hope someday I can return to this wonderful hotel.

A charming hotel. The most lovely, colorful bar and reception area. The buffet breakfast was outstanding!! quality food, and the most excellent staff!! the pool was perfect and also great pool attendant. The mattresses could've been a little more comfortable, but overall it was an excellent stay. great view! friendly helpful staff.

Hotel minerva exceeded all expectations. It was a beaiutiful hotel, with friendly staff and amazing views. If I ever get back to Sorrento , I'll be staying at Hotel Minerva

Excellent view. Near shopping and great restaurants.

We stayed in the Annex building and we had problems with the hot water in the shower. I reported it and they made it a little better but the hot water pressure in the sink and shower is much lower than the cold so the showers were not good. It would have been better if they extended the rain head away from the front wall.

This is a beautiful hotel with nice accommodations and amazing views from the common areas and many of the rooms. It has a great breakfast and comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel.
