Room cleaning was very bad. No refill in shampoo, etc…

센트레역하고 굉장히 먼 tgv역 근처입니다. 차가 없다면 굉장히 불편할 수 있어요~ 호텔 자체는 아주 깔끔하고 좋습니다! 직원도 친절했어요

아비뇽 TGV역에서 걸어갈만한 거리에 있는 가까운 호텔입니다. 전반적으로 깨끗합니다. 에어컨도 좋고 화장실도 깨끗한데, 룸에 냉장고가 없는 것이 아쉽습니다. 주변에 식당이 없어, 아침과 저녁을 호텔내에서 해결해야 하는 경우가 많습니다.

호텔 자체는 깔끔하고 편안하나 길가여서 새벽에 소음이 약간 있고, 아비뇽 관광지에서 조금 떨어져 있어 차를 가지고 있어야 접근이 편함

7 min easy driving to the Avignon city center. Provided plenty of parking spot. The property is clean, luminous with relaxed atmosphere. Receptionist was very friendly. The room was crispy clean, nice bedding. AC worked really well. Only minus point was a room layout. We stayed in Classic room with 2 twin beds. The shower room section was not completely divided (toilet was separated). Only with a curtain. So that the sound and light bother someone stays in bed. Also the steam goes to the bed section. Even though we liked our stay here. Definitely we come back if we're here.

Beautiful property with a lot of lovely features, however Mercure needs to decide whether this is a hotel or a restaurant/bar. Two of three nights of our stay we were kept awake by partygoers below. The restaurant workers were quite unhelpful when we went down to complain in person and basically did nothing On a separate note, locking your AC at 25 c is unacceptable in a four star hotel. We spent more than 3 weeks travellling through France and this was only hotel who did that

The hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They call for taxi service as well. The room was good size, clean, comfortable bed. The shower and sink area is separated from the room by a curtain, which is unusual, the toilet is separate. It is common for European hotels. The room has a balcony, kitchenette with dishes and a microwave as well as a fridge. The outstanding breakfast buffet was included. The restaurant Gustaves in the hotel is very famous in Avignon and of very high quality. We were happy with delicious lunches and dinners. The hotel is located walking distance from TGV station and 2 miles from downtown, with the relatable taxi service and Uber it is pleasant to stay in that pretty quiet area for a good sleep. Nice swimming pool.

Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses quatre étoiles. Les chambres sont minuscules : il est impossible d'y ouvrir une valise correctement. De plus, le manque d'intimité est flagrant : dans la salle de bain, il n'y a même pas de porte, seulement un simple rideau. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment misérable. Bien que je sois toujours descendu une demi-heure avant la fin du service, la qualité de la nourriture laissait à désirer et le buffet était systématiquement vide. J'ai dû demander à plusieurs reprises que l'on rajoute des aliments ; le personnel s'en est chargé, mais de manière très insuffisante et inefficace. Pour le reste, le ménage dans les chambres est plus que moyen. Une étrange et désagréable odeur de moisissure règne dans les couloirs. Quant à la salle de sport, c'est une véritable plaisanterie : une pièce minuscule, sombre, séparée par des cloisons, sans miroirs et sans aucune musique pour l'ambiance. En résumé, l'expérience n'a vraiment rien d'exceptionnel. Je ne reviendrai pas du tout dans cet établissement.

The hotel is well maintained and staff are helpful. The environment is relaxing. However, for lunch we waited over an hour for our mains with no acknowledgement or reason given in a restaurant that was not busy. Our room had the distinct smell from the kitchen a few floors below.
