Das Zimmer war sauber, die Regendusche das Highlight mit Blick aus dem Bad ins Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine sehr große Auswahl.

Beautiful views from the hill top position and we were grateful for the funicular lift to sea level. Our first room was poor and needed updating. We immediately asked to be moved which could not happen until the next day. The new room was excellent and worth the money.

The hotel is highly out dated and their parking options are highly inconvenient. All of the amenities are old and not well maintained. For being owned by the same company as the Grand Hotel Arenzano, this property really falls short in terms of upkeep and staff friendliness. Also, if you’re traveling with a kid in a stroller, this is definitely not the location for you.

Stort härligt rum med utsikt över havet. Hotellet är fantastiskt beläget med stort poolområde samt egen hiss till strand.

The staff doesn’t allow to park next to the hotel, even though the space was available. They keep the space for their own cars not guests. The staff asked us to move our car to the Grand hotel which is 7min walk. Given we are with toddler it was very inconvenient It was so inconvenient we even left one night earlier

L'hôtel n'est pas digne d Un 4 étoiles Les chambres design ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos du site. Ce sont des chambres basiques. Sallé de bains mauvais état. Le petit déjeuner est industriel et décevant

Le domaine est magnifique les guests sont aux petits soins… par contre je ne savais pas que des gens extérieurs pouvaient venir et payer des transats…. Par contre le maitre nageur est tjs au petit soin avec vous(un peu speed) mais tjs la pour nous

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Hügel der Küste. Tolle Aussicht, besser geht's nicht. Super Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Sehr zum empfehlen.

Sängen är för hård. Behöver bytas ut. Överlag ör hotellet slitet och behöver renoveras men allt är rent och fräscht. Wifi fungerade ganska dåligt och deras wifi-access punkter är felmonterade.

Vi har rejst rundt på 5 hoteller på vores ferie og sluttede af her. Dette var det dyreste hotel men desværre også det der var mest slidt. Vi ville booke lidt mere luksus, men mødte op til et noget slidt hotel. Synes ikke det svarer til billederne. Strygejern kunne kun lånes mod betaling. Personalet var venlige. Morgenmaden var god.

Posizione splendida, personale cortese ottima colazione a buffet pulizia ok. Panorama indimenticabile!

Great location, nice rooms and an amazing view

A very nice hotel with staff that are extremely helpful and friendly. They cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool and bar are fab and enjoy far reaching glorious views. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.

The air-conditioner didnt work and was not fixed until we complained. The instructions for parking was not provided which caused confusion and delay in check-in.

schönes Hotel und wunderschöne Natur. Für mich war es ein Minuspunkt, dass es keinen Privatstrand gab, wie angegeben, der Pool war nicht in Betrieb, was für mich ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Hotelauswahl war. Das Frühstück war gut, aber jeden Tag das Gleiche. Das Personal ist freundlich und bereit, aktuelle Probleme zu lösen.

Great place considering the price-to-value, if you have a car

Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. Water to the town / hotel was off between 8 PM and 9 AM one night. Bad timing for us I guess - but it's a beautiful spot with fantastic views. Staff was as helpful as possible.

Unterkunft bei Sturm extrem laut und auch im hotel windig, etwas abgelegen, Aber tolle Aussicht, schönes Restaurant mit eigenwilligen Speisen, Parkplatz überfüllt, daher werden viele Autos auf weiteren Parkplatz geführt
