Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Highlight beim Frühstück: frisch zubereitete echt italienische Cafés: Espresso, Cappuccino, etc.; sowie Bio-Produkte! Verbesserungsöglichkeit: ganze frische Früchte, nicht nur vorgeschnitten im Portionenglas. Die Zimmer verfügen über gute Schallschutzfenster, sind sehr edel designt und schön ausgestatt, mit ausgezeichnetem, bequemem Bett. Verbesserungsmöglichkeit: eine Ablage gleich beim Eingang, Handtuchstangen im Bad. Die Haken für Duschtücher sind nicht zweckmässig. Grosszügiges Plus: Das Hotel offeriert täglich ein Glas Wein zum Apéritif sowie einen Digestif spätabends, super.

I love this boutique hotel group and would stay with them again in a heartbeat. This hotel recently opened and everything is lovely. The rooms are so comfortable, great bed and soft sheets, blackout blinds. We slept really well. Staff are very kind and helpful, definitely ask for recommendations in the area and they are happy to offer suggestions. Breakfast is excellent.

We loved this hotel! Clean and quiet and excellent breakfast and bonus happy hour. The front desk employees were all amazing. Walkable to many sites and a metro station very close thar even connected to the airport. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Copenhagen. Definitely recommend it.

Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige ansatte. Rent og moderne rom, med god lydisolasjon på vinduene ut mot gaten.

This was an incredible start and would definitely stay at Hotel Hans again. The food, service, room and staff was better than I ever expected. Neighborhood is safe and a great place to walk. Bonus is that the Tivoli Garden is a short walk from the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a perfect area.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It's well located with a short walk to a lot of tourist destinations. The thing that really set the place apart was the friendliness of the staff. They really made this a comfortable and inviting experience.

This hotel's location is ideal for a comfy stay in Copenhagen, its just 2 short metro stops from the centre of the city. It's a quite area, when you need to escape the hussle and bussle of the city. The hotel is certainly boutique and has a fantastic style about it. It was a bargain for the price we paid because a brilliant breakfast was included in the price. All of the available options were home made and organic, you can taste the difference. The room had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay, Towels, free toiletries, a nice clean comfortable bed, what more do you need for an excellent break away. The hotel also offers a free wine hour between 7-8pm and free sprits a nightcap service between 10-11pm, a lovely service to offer if you like a drink. unfortunately we don't but still nice to be offered. We fully intend to return to Copenhagen in the future and this hotel is going to be our definite choice on our return.

Great location for the Forum. Room a bit warm despite air conditioning. Sink in main room rather than bathroom which I didn’t like. Free wine and spirit hours which was a bonus

Clean and spacious room. Just minor thing is to have a few more hooks for hanging clothesline and shower cap, Q tips … in the bathroom instead of asking the front desk. Staff is very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast to start the date, just hope for a little rotation every few days is good. Location is about 2 stop on Tram to water front area or 15-20 minutes walking. Would stay again.
