Family oriented hotel. Food, out door pool and beach located right out front are OK except for room. If you are interested in staying in this hotel, you need to make sure that there are two buildings. You could find another building behind main hotel building through Google map. I do now know what happened my booking. But we had to stay in the second building without ocean view. Even, it seems that built-in refrigerator does not work although Hotel manager & technician kept saying it is working. I never got ice and cold beer from refrigerator. If you don't care of room, as I said generally it would be OK.

Hotel molto bello. Personale in sala, nei bar e in reception gentile ed accogliente. Personale addetto alle camere non sempre molto preciso. Offerta all inclusive ottima. Servizi offerti dall'hotel ottimi. Qualità del cibo nella media, ampia varietà di scelta, colazione molto buona. Camera ottima, unica pecca la doccia senza porta. Nel complesso la struttura è da consigliare. Transfer proposto da Expedia nel pacchetto da sconsigliare poichè troppo lento e autisti maleducati.

Staff we’re very friendly and helpful. The food was good but not very hot. My only complaint is my room got mussed for service clean one of the days which was a bit inconvenient. But other than that all good.

Was only here for 3 days however the staff were friendly and kind and all the guests respectable and good. Would definitely stay here again.

Prefect for me

Le personnel est très poli et sympathique, je n'ai jamais rien vu de tel auparavant (dans un restaurant, dans un bar, le service est au plus haut niveau..) Un enfant pleurait dans la pièce voisine, la fille Anna à la réception et le directeur ont immédiatement changé de chambre, m'en ont même donné une meilleure avec vue sur la mer. Le soir, il y a des spectacles et une excellente musique live, le seul problème est que l'équipe d'animation fait un mauvais informer quoi et où. aura lieu. Il n'y a jamais de problèmes avec les sièges près de la piscine et de la mer. L'atmosphère est relaxante. J'ai beaucoup aimé, surtout les chambres modernes et la politesse du personnel. Avril 2024

Very nice to stay in

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good sleep, good breakfast and spectacular views from your sunbed. But.. had absolute bad food experience from the pool bar: very expensive, unprofessional for 4 star hotel, smelly chicken burger with old warmed up chips. We stayed away from there rest of our holiday

Hotel was nice enough, there was construction going on my sister who was getting married wasn’t informed of. 70% of staff were unhelpful and not friendly. Location was good, lots of steps that were a problem at times, good entertainment for children.

Great option for families and friends. Pretty relaxed. Pool was really nice and not too busy. Beach was close to the hotel and well kept. Staff were extremely helpful.

Absolutely brilliant place to go on holiday however , building works nearby has been frustrating at times . I think theyll be there for some time as well. Other than that it was perfect

The location of this hotel is perfect. 10 minute walk to the main Protarus strip with plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops. However far enough away to be quieter with a lovely beach.

Heel fijn hotel! Goede voorzieningen, lekker eten en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.
