Service at Dinner was atrocious, bringing out the next course before clearing the previous course, getting the orders wrong, etc.

Very friendly ,clean hotel, easy parking, close to airport, very helpful, comfortable stay,

Thought £15 for a nights parking was excessive

Lovely stay. Good size room. Clean. Lovely supper, wine was however very expensive. Breakfast plenty of choice but the cooked breakfast was far from hot.

Reception staff helpful. Restaurant staff pleasant but service wasn't too good and food overpriced. The hotel is on a very busy road with no pavements so felt very unsafe to go for even a short walk.

Convenient for getting to the airport

The staff were exemplary, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The rooms were perfectly designed for guests - everything conveniently placed and in working order.

Très bon accueil / checkin. Chambre standard avec formule PDJ et Dîner pour 38£ de plus. Super rapport qualité prix. Hotel rénove entièrement en 2024. Chambre avec literie confortable. Grande douche. Amenities top avec produits douche vegan. Serviettes et draps très récents. Salle de fitness propre avec tapis de course, vélo et poids libres. Petit déjeuner top avec chaud et froid et grand choix. Dîner inclus avec EPD, choix à la carte. Plutôt bon. mais bien vérifier que le menu n’est pas facturé en sus. Service moyen. Parking payant 15£. 6 stations de recharge électrique à disposition. Hôtel À 10 min de l’aéroport de Bristol en voiture. Navette à commander (payante). Environnement Très calme.

Staff were efficient however, we were given a disability room, which we did not request and the reception staff did not explain this before we got to the room.

Single beds too narrow

Check in at about 8pm very welcoming, went to our room then decided to go down to the bar for a drink which was very pleasant, left early due to a flight but altogether a lovely stay!

The food was expensive better deal down the road

Shuttle service to the airport for an early flight, and the overall experience mean that I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Met all our needs. But the extra charge of £15 for parking was excessive
